I liked the atmosphere of the place, 1950s style memorabilia and music in the background. Not too impressed with my burger. It... was dry and tasteless. They advertise homemade burgers so I expected more. My wife liked the chicken fried steak. I would returnto try some other food, but they need to improve their burgers. Also, the wait staff passes my by twice and didnt notice myempty glass at the edge of the table. Had to flag her down the third time. Read more
The food is pretty good! Definitely recommend if you're in the area. However, they can improve on some small details, such as... cleaning the tables, sanitizing the menus, and paying attention to details on orders. My partner and I both asked for notomatoes on our hamburgers , but they came with tomato. Our friend ordered corn tortillas with their plate, but got flour ones.Improving on those small but important details would make it more welcoming place. Read more
The restaurant and the owners are great people. But, it's the high prices that is to ridiculous... I ordered 2 bacon burger... ???? combos . The drink was gigantic and ???? were plentiful. I paid 27.00 and some change. The fries were not tasty at all..The burger is just ok with so many other options. It doesn't make sense to pay these prices... Too me whataburger is a very goodburger at way cheaper price point with customization available for lil cost.. if u want to charge a premium price you have todeliver a premium product... Great classic cheeseburger that highlights fresh veggies. The fries were too soft and mushy for my liking. Also home to one of... the richest milkshakes I?ve had. I?d go back but would see if they can cook the fries longer. Burger, fries and shake for $15. Read more

Excellent food and service! We'll be back! Cute decor too! Went today and both had a fried chicken dinner. Very disappointed... this time. Fries were half raw, chicken came with a small leg and a piece we couldn't determine what it was. Lettuce core in thesalad. Showed the fries to the waitress who apologized for them. Read more
My family absolutely loves Salazar Burgers. The food is absolutely and consistently delicious. The fried chicken has a beautiful... blend of spices. We also enjoy their burgers and Mexican food. My daughter loves their fish. The sweet tea is second to none andthe only sweet tea we drink. We drive from San Benito at least four times a week to enjoy their delicious food. They also havea very friendly staff who is very professional and we feel like family when we visit this great restaurant that has beenestablished since 1957. Read more
