Today I went to McDonald?s in the evening and everything was amazing, served quickly and correctly. They were polite and quick... with the response and fix ups. EXECPT THIS ONE MANAGER i was able to get her name by one of the employees. Her name turned outto be Valeria, she is very rude and has an attitude to the customers and employees. We went to McDonald?s on Texas and placed our order the guy taking our order was not even paying attention to what we were... ordering since he kept asking over and over what we wanted, we clearly told him a plain burger with NO CHEESE. When we drove offguess what ?!?! Freaking burger had only the dam buns and CHEESE when we clearly said NO CHEESE and it had NO MEAT !!!! Read more
