Great service, nice workers. Food is on point majority of the time. Few minor things is when I order pasta or pay more for a... specific side, the servings are never the same, sometimes skimped, sometimes well portioned. The chicken tends have too manycharred grill spots & always have to scrape it off before feeding it to my kiddo. Found food in kids fruit that doesn't belong.I rarely complain about it but the couple tines I did, the managers were great about making it right. That's why I still comeback. This Concerns the Chili's in Weslaco (78596), after calling to place an order, I was left on the line waiting, then when I tried... calling again, they wouldn't pick up. whomever was on the line AFTER I called from a different number, they were rude to meafter I requested to speak to a manager. The manager was no big help and did NOT care nor seem concerned with the complaint. Thestaff is only as good as who is managing the place and take after the same attitude. I would NOT recommend this Chili's at thistime, not until the attitudes/Service changes. Read more
Met up with my good friend Celia and we had a really nice time. Our Server Stephanie was New and let me tell you she did an... amazing job. Thanks Stephanie. Her trainer was also very prompt and professional. The only problem I did come across was thedrinks. They didn't taste right? Not sure? My friends drink was also not tasting right? Horrible experience. I love Chili's but haven't been there in months. Our server Angela was so unprofessional. From the moment... we sat down she was rushing us and when we said we were not ready she had attitude. Some of our food was cold and when theyreplaced it and said it was fresh they lied because it was also cold. On top of that our server Angela started sweepingaggressively which made the dust fly everywhere WHILE WE WERE EATING, NNNNNASTY. I spoke with the manager and he gave us adiscount but it will be a long while before visiting the Weslaco Chili's Grill& Bar. WOW, if you don't like being a server thenfind another job maybe an 8-5 but I'm sure she would have a problem with that as well. Read more

The Stars are for the food quality. The food was good. The steak was done the way I ordered, the chicken was well done, and the... sides were a good portion. The beer was not as cold as I?d of liked it to be, but the margarita was the bomb. The ambiance wasnot there though. They could play the music louder to allow for a more comfortable chat.
