Love the pizza!! Best around. Service is fast and friendly
Our server was great, our food was delicious, the prices are very reasonable.....but tonight there was a guy playing his guitar,... pretty sure we were there another night when this guy was playing. He is too loud!!! Couldn't hear each other to have aconversation. It was the Phillies 2nd game game in the 1st round of the playoffs. The place should have been packed, but itwasn't! No wonder! We left because we couldn't hear the game! No fun just watching if you can't hear it! Bad business decisionin my opinion! Read more
The wings were awesome as well as the craft beer. The barmaid?.not so much, total rudeness! Served our food without so much a... word?..same when she delivered the check. Couldn?t say thank you, I?ll take that when you?re ready, etc ?..absolutely nothing.Who does that? Get out of the service business if you?re so miserable!! Read more

Whoever the cook was tonight should be reevaluated! It?s one thing to have to send something back because it?s wrong or not done... but to have to send the same order back TWICE is ridiculous! We loved going to the Slice. Been there for years. Twice in thelast month we?ve been there and it was such a disappointment. The wings aren?t anything like they used to be. I?ll be completelyhonest I am a manager in the banking industry and customer service is critical and food service should be no different! Ourwaitress Jessica was nothing short of AMAZING! I felt so bad for her dealing with these issues. Food such as a gizmo taking 47minutes is insane, cheesesteak almost an hour and cheese fries that never even made it to the table. We had a large party 13 ofus, 3 tables Jessica did her thing! She was on top of the drinks, the poor food, the delays in our orders. Very apologetic to usall. But that cook sheesh something gotta give. You cannot serve undercooked chicken PERIOD! The only reason this isn?t a 1 staris because of how great Jessica was! Hopefully Kyle and owners review this message! Listen to Jessica she?s amazing. She needssupport from management to make a difference in the food they are putting out! My favorite at Paradise is the Buffalo chicken sandwich made on an amazing fresh "pocket" style bread. The servers are always... kind but recently understaffed making the waits for drink refills and check backs fewer and further between, but completelyunderstandable so I say Paradise is is a definite must try and plenty of TV's to watch the games! Those new rolls are so good. Been going here for 15 years. I stopped eating the rolls a long time ago. Although baked daily on... the premise it was like a whole loaf of tasteless bread per sandwich. Big fan of the new ones. Also glad they got rid of thenasty plastic yellow cheese for dipping. Keep up with the positive changes. It's welcomed! Read more
