Took a solid 10 minutes to make my 4 ingredient sandwich(no i?m not exaggerating), owner did nothing to help the employees... between answering phone calls or getting supplies, in addition my sandwich turned out like a cylinder?? Read more
Service wasn?t bad, but the kids who were working didn?t know how to operate the store correctly. We ordered, a 6 inch Tuna sub... on wheat, a 6 inch Turkey on wheat and a pizza. The pizza was served on this paper because they stated they didn?t know wherethe pizza boxes were at and I felt that was a bit unprofessional seeing that they weren?t told where everything they needed waslocated especially in running a business. The sandwich was good, but the service was terrible. Unfortunately, that's not strange for this location. We put in our orders... for curbside pickup. After letting them know we'd arrived, they brought out one order and not the other, even after we informedthe employee that came to the car. We sat for several minute waiting, until my sister went into check. They forgot. She got theorder but they didn't even apologize for the error. We got home and realized that the first order was wrong. We went back andthey did replace the sandwich, but still didn't apologize. Previously, we've had wrong orders and the time prior to this one, mysandwich was delivered divided in half in a brown paper bag instead of wrapped in their sandwich paper. This Donna lady is becoming locally famous for providing the worst service in wentzville. She shakes her head and grunts rudely... when you order something she doesnt want to make. Its extremely childish. The worst part is that the owner observes her doingit and does nothing about it. It happens without fail every time. My family and friends have boycotted this location. Havenever seen anyone more worthy of being fired in my life.... But yet she still remains.. I wonder how many thousands of dollarsyou've lost because of her. Read more
