Cheese pizza no cheese, had to fight for refund or wait hour and half for new!!! Worst service checking
Ordered 2 pizzas, both were made wrong and delivered in an Amazing 1 hour and 23 minutes. Pizza tracker said 23-31 minutes and... that Micheal had quality checked my order. Reported issues and was offered 20% off my next order. No Thanks. Read more
The employees would let customers order soda on the delivery orders and knowing that the store was completely out of any type of... sodas. Then the customers never got the soda and still was charged for it. It happened to us twice. They also left the pizza onthe porch without ringing the doorbell or knocking. Read more
Order pizza for dinner and got order wrong again. Pizza missing toppings. Ordered Pacific veggie and got a pizza that was mostly... red peppers with some mushrooms. Took over an hour to get order, then brownie was so over done it was almost burned. Read more
They're very incompetent people. I order 4 bread bowls 2 different kinds and somehow we managed to get a completely different... kind for 1 set. Unfortunately these were for my kids, they wanted chicken alfredo bread bowls. They received an all veggie kind.I called asking for a refund and they said they could only give a credit. I deserve my money back for their mess up not a creditfor only dominos. I spoke to the manager Alex who said he can't credit the whole bill because they didn't mess the whole orderup and can not give an kind of refund besides in that form. I'm very upset with this. I will be calling to speak to the owner ofthe store in hope of a proper refund. Read more
If you wanted to close earlier, change your hours. They cancel orders within their operating hours, and when you call to see why... they don't answer the phone. Edit: the next night i tried again, placing the order earlier and with a bigger tip. When itarrived my parm bites were unsauced and unseasoned, and the pizza was not even cut. I guess thats one way to respond tocriticism. Also my garlic cups were missing, but that is normal for dominos. Read more
5* for excellent service, Christmas Day and these champs are killing it. People are aware it?s a holiday and things will be... behind as Domino?a is the only place open!!! As my family is traveling through to visit family this was very welcoming and happyto be treated so well. Keep up the hard work, Merry Christmas to the entire team. Read more
The website and/or app never works when I try to order. I don?t know where else to complain about it besides here. So when I... have to call and talk to someone in order to place my order, it takes 3 times as long. It?s always someone who is in a remotelocation, who isn?t actually there. It makes me not want to ever order from Dominos. Hopefully someone who reads this can passit up the chain. Also, the cheese dip was completely stuck to the bottom of the pan, rock hard, with a layer of oil sitting ontop. It was disgusting. We had to scrap it off the bottom of the pan. It was inedible.
