The service is usually good. A few times we've come the person running food out for the those waiting has spent a bit more time... talking and laughing with cars then what I would say is acceptable. We came in pretty late at night... There was still 1.5+ hours till close though. There was 0 ice in the soda machine 0 ketchup... in the pumps It took probably 30+ minutes to get our food. (And it wasn't even that good) I ordered just an order of mashedpotatoes with no gravy. There was gravy on them. 98% of the tables and counters were disgusting. I found the cleanest table andwiped it down myself. With all that being said, there was like 10-15 employees there. So that's disappointing that there's thatmany people and such poor store conditions. I haven't been to this culvers in years, back when they first opened. Probablywon't be back either. Read more

Traveling and finding good food is always a problem. Especially traveling with a toddler! It's nice to know this is a place we... can rely on for good options for a little one and the chicken strips were good as always. Also, Grandma loved the strawberryshake she should not have had. I got my granddaughter a kids meal burger and fries, she kept saying the burger was gross so I took a bite, it made me throw up,... it tasted and smelled like rotten tuna, idk how they separate their beef and fish, but whatever they?re doing isn?t good enoughit was disgusting! We also got concretes vanilla and chocolate which were really good, but I?ll never return because my stomachturns thinking of the smell and my granddaughter is still sick, i hate that I had her eat this! Most Culvers are consistently good. Clean, good food, good service. This location is no exception. We had a good lunch.... Hamburger and fries and North Atlantic Cod. It was all great. Had some hot fudge sundae for dessert. Culver's custard is alwaysso good. Read more
I would like to give this Culver's a higher rating because they did a great job with serving us our food allergy free and the... person who took our order was very helpful with noting our allergies. But some of the workers seemed preoccupied with eachother, laughing, standing around, seemed like they didn't want to work. I think we will go to our usual Culver's closer to homenext time. Read more
We drove through. They were running two lines and one was credit card only. They took our order quickly. They also delivered it... to our car quickly. However, they shorted us a fry. Why is it they NEVER screw up an order in your favor? It's always in theirfavor. Interesting isn't it? Read more
