Asked them to toast the whole sandwich including the veggies for my autistic brother. They refused because it would "fly... everywhere" in the toaster. Which is stupid because toaster ovens don't work like that and as they couldn't clean it if it did.We just left. Not worth your time. Read more

I ordered online at 8:15 and the app said it would be ready at 8:30. I showed up at 8:30 and they said that they hadn't started... it yet. I didn't say anything, and they kind of lazily walked over to the ticket and hesitantly said, "I guess I can startit...". I waited for 15 minutes while they continued to make other people's orders instead of mine. At 8:45 I expressed myconcerns about being skipped over and asked if I could have a complimentary drink or something while I waited. The 2 guys justlooked at me like I had asked for a million bucks. I am staying at the hotel across the street for business. Twice this week I attempted to get breakfast at Subway, and both times... they were not open. According to their signage and website, this location opens at 7am. I was there at 7am both times and waitedaround for a while, but no luck. Today I actually saw the girl who was meant to open the place, pull up several minutes past7am. After taking her time to exit the vehicle I called to her, "I thought you opened at 7?" To which she just replied, "Yeah."I then said to her, "It's after 7," and got another "Yeah" in response. No apology, no "I'll be right with you". I got in my carand left as I had to get to work. Perhaps they need to have more reliable staff in charge of opening. I've been here for lunchin the past without issues, so I'm not going to say this is a terrible place. It's just frustrating to deal with theinconvenience twice in 3 days. ***UPDATE (8mo later): I just tried to get a breakfast sandwich here. Mind you they open at 7amfor BREAKFAST. They have no eggs! I checked the sweet tea machines, as another review said there was mold floating in them and found no blue mold anywhere. Both... sweet teas were pretty full and not empty. The sandwiches were delicious. The bread was a little old and crusty, and the guyshutting my sand which didn't do a great job, but I figure it's cuz he's new or something. Not a bad subway.
