I wanted a Hot Fudge sundae no Hot fudge. Only had dark chocolate So we got Butterfinger. Plus we asked for a dipped cone. Got... to the window they said the machine was froze up so we waited. When they brought it to us ice cream really soft. So they askedme if I wanted a sundae instead of a dipped cone. I said ok u can just put the dipped chocolate on the top of the sundae(cause I really like the dipped cone Circle things have gone down hill. Nothing is like the Arctic Circle in Twin or Buhl. Myfavorite one is Buhlchocolate) when she brought it out it was this weird dark thicker chocolate. I asked her what happened tothe dipped chocolate and she said that is it. But it's kind of funny cause it never hardened. So I ended up with the darkgritty chocolate instead of my hard dipped cone chocolate. Nothing like the other AC"s Buhls the best 1. Read more

I stopped in to have lunch and kill some time before getting back on the road. The young lady helping me was very sweet and... helpful. However, her Supervisor Jordan, was very rude and spoke to his staff very disrespectfully. When I told him that heshouldn't speak to them that way, he raised his voice and said that he was fine, that I was wrong and that he didn't say what Iheard him say. I had been sorting there for 10 minutes listening to him complain and moan. Whether he was speaking to himselfor his employee, either way, that behavior should not be exhibited in front of a customer. I asked for his Supervisor's name andhe said he doesn't have one. SMH So I asked for his store number and he said that he didn't have one. He is currently, veryloudly, complaining about "miserable people", which I'm assuming is me. And telling his employee what to say to me. The veryvisibly shaken girl came over to my table and said that he wasn't being mean to her. She was shaking. Clearly intimidated byJordan. Or quite possibly just terrified of being in this situation. Perception is truth. And everyone has a differentperception of events. If he had just handled the matter with the least bit of professionalism, he could have de-escilated thesituation and I probably would have apologized and went on my way. But instead, he chose to yell at me and get super defensive.Maybe I should have just minded my own business. But I saw something and I said something. So here I am, on Google, goingcomplete Karen. But I believe in sticking up for people and doing the right thing..... Jordan just dropped his Supervisor's nameand number on my table. LOL Right after getting off the phone with her and making the other employee tell her that he didn't doanything wrong. Update: I had a manager from Arctic Circle reach out to me about my experience. He apologized and offered to give me a refund,... or remake the whole order. I greatly appreciated Joey?s help and will be coming back to this location because of him. Thanks(: I had an experience I am extremely unhappy about today. Not only do some of the employees seem to have an attitude problem,there?s always an issue with my order every time I come to this location. I specifically asked for a handful of fry sauce andwas given one. The fries were clearly old and had been sitting out for awhile. It literally looked like our sandwiches had beenpunched. I also ordered and paid for an 8 piece chicken ring, but received a 6 piece. We didn?t even eat our food because itdidn?t look or taste fresh after trying it. I called the location and was pretty much told that they weren?t going to doanything about it. I would like a refund, or some sort of compensation as I?m extremely unhappy that I?m having yet another badexperience with this specific location. Read more
