I look forward to eating at Fire every time I come to Wenatchee, the chefs choice pizza is the best I’ve ever had!! The... contrast of ingredients and flavors makes my tastebuds crave more after every bite! I haven’t stopped thinking about it sinceis was here last year. We stayed in Wenatchee for one night and decided to try this place out. This is an authentic local restaurant. The flavors of... the food are unique in a very delicious way. I got the pepperoni pizza and my husband got the Italian sandwich and we were bothreally pleased with our food. The server was really nice, attentive, and friendly. If you’re around this area this is a goodlittle place to check out. I would definitely go back! Read more
Fire is exactly as it says: fire. This is a great spin on the quality Italian food you expect from Visconti’s. They have a... fairly simple menu with lots of options, but still high quality food with quality ingredients prepared diligently. This was my first time coming and it was a great experience! We ordered a pizza,chicken Alfredo, and an appetizer. The pizza was... very thin but I’m guessing that’s how it’s supposed to be. This is the poorest experience I’ve ever had. They were not busy, yet our waitress was constantly absent. Roaming the public... market and taking multiple bathroom breaks. It took 10 minutes to get a foul tasting beer. The waitress was zooming around andbarely stopped to listen to our order. We thought ok, maybe the food can redeem the quality of service… It was the mostbland, cold and disappointing pasta we’ve ever had. They were the same meal, sautéed chicken mostaccioli, but I ordered thegluten free noodles. Gluten free noodles were spaghetti noodles which made the entire dish moot. Not only that, but the noodleswere not cooked long enough and my chicken wasn’t sautéed. My $16 plate tasted like undercooked spaghetti noodles coveredwith prego sauce and boiled chicken. They could have had the decency to at least put salt and pepper in it. My boyfriend took 4bites of his and thought the same. He said the non buttered bread had more flavor then the pasta? And how can you serve breadwithout butter or oil? I would give zero stars if possible. Read more
Update: No response from owners, have not gone back, will not be back. I’ve gone here multiple times in the past two years... and have loved it. I went two weeks ago and the waitress was rude and my pizza lacked cheese. Figured it was an off day. Cameback tonight and got two pizzas and a salad to go. Both pizzas were smaller than ever, had no crust, just burned edges and thebottoms were white. I’ve recommended this place previously but don’t think I will anymore. Big bummer:( Read more
