I had the Spencer steak, with calamari to start. They broil their steaks, mine was perfectly medium rare, but with too much... char. Too much char does not enhance, but inhibits the flavor (which is why I gave 4 stars). The service was great! Therestaurant was clean and comfortable. I will be back, just not for the steak. Originally I was going to give them one cause they had The customer service is amazing depending on who you have as your server.... I got steak and it was good but had a lot of gristle. I guess you might argue it was a $38 steak and not a $56 one of a high endrestaurant! Maybe! Or that I had a bad luck of getting a bad piece but I won?t be going back! It was too greasy and too muchgristle for me to want to try it again. I gave overall 3 though mostly for the waitress I had. She was a 5/5. Read more

In the past I had eaten in this place and wasn't pleased but the new owners have put some thought & new changes in place that... made my brunch enjoyable. There was soft jazz music playing, the cooks seemed to enjoy their work, and the waitress was friendly& lively. The food had good visual presentation, and flavors, portions were nice & hot. I will gladly recommend this restaurantand return myself. Read more
