We came at 5 pm on a Friday so I thought it would be swamped but there was plenty of seating and we got sat with almost no wait.... The waitress was friendly and attentive and the food came pretty quickly. Desert was really good! Free refills on the fries. Thechicken burger was good and had fresh tasting guacamole on it. The restaurant REALLY needs a deep clean, and the staff needs training. The host was a young male and complained all the way to... the table how they didn't have any staff and everyone had taken a break at the same time. Our waitress had no knowledge of themenu, we asked her questions and she told us she didn't know. The waitress never came back after taking our order. The burgerwas good, but after we had eaten I saw the cook come out from the kitchen with his gloves on, and while talking to anotherstaff, he picked something up off the floor then returned to the kitchen with the same gloves on. Unbelievable that this place has ever gotten a five star review. Even at Red Robin standards I got disappointed. Every time I... come I get more and more let down.Took forever to get my food and it tasted bad plus it looked like this when I got it. Thechicken had wet pieces of lettuce in it. I have been going to this Red Robin for awhile now. I usually sit at the bar when it?s busy. The waitress asked me to show ID,... I?ve never been once asked to show ID. I told her no one has asked me for ID. She said someone isn?t doing their job. Eitherthey are not doing their job or not getting the proper training. With that being said she was texting and on her phone whileworking? During my meal I felt she was a bit aggressive and trying to get me out. I made an order for pickup this evening and I ended up having to wait curbside for about 25+ minutes, they were super busy so I... understood. I called back to check on the status and got the manager Renee. I wasn?t upset or anything I just said I was outthere for awhile and just checking to see what?s up and She was immediately apologetic and assured me she?s getting on it andwould come out to talk to me if it wasn?t ready. Two minutes later my food came and I went home, I missed a call while I waseating and got a voicemail from the same manager telling me she gave a full refund on my card. So I was really looking forward to this place as I have been to other locations and they were awesome. The greeter wasn't very... friendly and then the food was below par. I found that the service, food quality and state of the restaurant was poor. Food order was wrong, the big fries are not big... anymore and floppy, and I can't believe that the ice cream/shake/malt menu items were not available. Machine broke for a monthand a half, come on.
