Updated - Six years later, and JJs is still rocking. Hasn't changed a bit, the shop is still spotless and clean, service is... still lightning fast and friendly, sandwiches are still excellent. Keep up the good work, guys! Love JJs! In the year or soit's been here, this has quickly become my go-to place for a tasty sandwich. This is for the JJ in Romulus MI / Goddard Rd. I ordered the #6 Veggie... This is what I received. This should be called the... ALMOST veggie. This is the second time I ordered, and both made the same way. What a joke, for $8.26 you can buy this joke of aveggie sub too. Jimmy John freaky fast to rip you off! No Thanks, the owner can read the post here. Just in case this was a oneoff I went back and ordered a tuna sub right off the menu, no changes. The sub was just as bad. Then a co-worker ordered inhopes to defend this JJ... She was less than happy too, Sorry ... I'm just sharing my experience. Things could be better atother locations... I don't know... I won't be checking them out. So as a co-worker wanted me to try another store... I did.The Wayne store on S. Wayne Rd. What a difference, the sub was actually a good sub. it wasn't skimpy. I go here every so often to remind myself that these sandwiches really aren't that great. The staff is always friendly though.
We always do take out; however, the inside of the store is always very clean and inviting. The food is so good!!! By far, my... favorite selling point at this location(the only one I've ever been to) is that they really love what they do, and they lovetheir customers. They always refer to me by my name and ask how I'm doing via the phone! They've never seen or met me(my husbandalways picks up our order). That's customer service. That's quality!!! Read more
Jimmy Johns is our sandwich go to place now. The service is fast and the taste is fun and consistant. The sandwiches tend to... fall perfectly between that fine line being easy to bite into but not soggy like some places. My only tip is if you want yourorder fast order in person or by phone. The app orders seem to take longer. Read more
I have to order for unsandwhich, and every time I get my delivery it is superb!!! The unsandwich is wrapped in large leaves of... lettuce, the meat /cheese/and vegetables are fresh and tasty.
