The customer service and help is great. A few times when my boba order was slightly off they made it right no problem and helped... me extra. I do wish they made their fruit drinks with real (fresh or frozen) fruit instead of powder or syrup. Good variety ofmenu items though. Very clean. Read more
The flavors are pretty good, didn?t like the fact that they charge extra for Boba. When most of their images have the boba and... the name of the location is boba lab. East Wenatchee location is a flat rate for tea+ boba. Read more

The BEST boba place in town!! Staff is super friendly greeting everyone as they walked in. Definitely made me feel welcomed.... They are also very accommodating to every clients needs they will not hesitate to make a drink less sweet, more sweet,substitute boba etc. The location is super cute, great music. Lots of drink variety and can we talk about ALL of their drinksbeing dairy free ? WHOOP WHOOP YES!! Great classic flavors?taro and matcha milk tea (matcha milk tea wasn?t on the posted menu but they made it for me no problem!)... I?m not so sure about Oreo flavors but that?s just me. Nice folks and just the right amount of ice so it?s cold but you getplenty of tea and boba! Read more

Here to add a picture of my drink with boba in it, as I can?t find any on their Google reviews, Instagram or website so... far.\n\nThis is the 24oz dragonfruit tea with boba. Tasted great! The tea was well balanced in sweetness, acidity, fruit and teaflavors. Great boba to tea ratio. It was difficult to get the last 10ish boba pearls and the bottom of my cup because of thelarge ice cubes, but I?m just being picky. I had a great experience and will be back soon!\n\nEdit: adding the drink I got twoweeks after this. I believe it was a guava tea. In this time they got new cups which I love! The dragonfruit (red) drink wastheir old cups/larger size, and the guava (orange) was the new cups/smaller size. Again a great experience\n\nEdit: addinganother drink to my review. The yellow drink is the peach smoothie with added boba. My favorite yet. Love the different texturethan just the tea with ice, and great peach flavor. They JUST KEEP KILLING it at the Boba Lab.
