Joe was a perfect fit for catering the rehearsal dinner for our wedding weekend on a Friday evening at confluence state park in... Wenatchee. He was easy to work with setting a menu and his food estimates for our guest count were spot on!! On the day of theevent, he was on time (early even!) and served our guests quickly. Blue Skies came to my friends wedding and was a huge hit! You could smell the food from a mile away and it did not... disappoint. My whole table had the Bulgogi bowl and chicken curry and they were very filling, delicious and a great portionsize. Wishing I would have tried the spring rolls as well but I was too stuffed. Would definitely recommend and love the idea ofhaving food trucks at your wedding instead of a normal buffet. Read more
