The food wasn't fresh, it was cold by the time we got it, the coffee wasn't hot at all, and they forgot part of my husband's... order so he had to go ask for the rest of his food. Good thing we stayed there to eat because it would have been worse if weleft. The bad part is it was about 6:45 am and this was the service we received and only 1 other person was in the restaurant. We got there a little over 30 minutes prior to closing and they'd shut down most of their cooking capabilities, even though the... drive through was full. as we ordered items they gave new excuses to why they couldn't serve that item until they finally saidthey could only serve items cooked in the fryer. Asked for fresh cooked, still got cold fries! I ask everytime and they seem to have an attitude when I do and don't seem to... understand I want my food cooked fresh including fries so all is fresh and hot. Read more
Service has improved, but please wipe the tables. And with a clean cloth so you don't just smear. Sign in the rest room says... checked hourly, there was no paper towels? There's definitely room for improvement. Read more
There excuse for not serving most customers is bc their system is always out. They are constantly under staffed and your going... to wait longer than wanted for fast food. And whoever the dine in room is closed they will hand pick certain people to go in andorder even if their systems are down. Read more
Ordered a breakfast combo during lunch time. The sandwich and hash brown were fresh and scrumptious. The employee at the drive... thru asked if we wanted ketchup. Greasy potato. Bad sausage egg biscuits. What happened? The sausage was overcooked and the biscuits tasted old.
