I ordered food as was told 35 to 40 minutes... here I am an hour and 20 minutes later still waiting.
The food is amazing and The staff is very friendly. I enjoy going there a few time a week
Short's is a little run-down, but offers a decent selection of pantry staples and hot items... friendly employees and good for a... quick stop, especially if you need gas too. Prices a bit high. Read more
They employ some of the dirtiest slumlord in the county! ( A lawyer should call me) there was roaches in the stock room when I... was employed there, it's too bad the food would be great if the atmosphere wasn't small town tunnel minded. They also seeminglycondone domestic violence, witnessing on repair in my rental and saying nothing, I must have deserved all that,???? I wasadvised to stay away , however mouths have run long enough and my child didn't need to be attached like that! Your trusted staffgives you a bad rep I should start a petition to prove my point, hundreds of folks avoid the" gossip hole" and the " trolls thatstand around" there, I could probably walk in and find products from the remodel still on the shelves. They are serious starting to get skimpy with the meat and toppings on subs! When you pay $4 extra for extra meat on a ham and... Turkey sub, you expect a substantial amount of meat, and it used to be that way, now you are lucky of you get enough to coverthe whole sub... the picture shown is the middle of a whole Ham and Turkey, double meat that cost me almost $15! The Shorts inAndover is even worse! we order almost weekly, spending between $40 and $70 each time... if things dont change that will stop! Read more

I've heard good things about this place. Could not have been more disappointed. The burger tasted like school lunch, the fries... tasted like week-old fryer grease, and the sub... just look at the picture. Everything was bland. All the food was barely warm,even though I arrived before it was finished and ate it minutes later. Not worth my money - won't be returning. Go elsewhere. Read more
Got a large dish of soft ice cream and the whole dish was hollow inside the twist. Complained about it and was told that's how... the machine makes it. Got soft ice cream other places and never had that problem. I think it was the person serving it, not themachine. Read more
