This experience was horrible. ?Chinatown Restaurant? only serves Mexican food. This is only if you can get service. Seat... yourself, no problem?.Not enough staff, yet doesn?t shut down tables to accommodate this?no greet?no drinks and a whateverattitude! Prices were way too high for sub-par food. Fast food would be WAY better choice! Read more

Lots of space and the price is comparable to other budget hotels. Very clean, full kitchen. Great place to stay. Beds were... actually comfortable compared to all the other motels I've been to. Read more

I have to give it 5 stars. This place was so nice, you felt like you were at home. It's quiet, off the freeway, huge room,... everything is brand new and so clean! It was the same price at Motel 6 and cheaper than the other places in town. There's anincredible restaurant and a cute little bar at this place. I was skeptical because of the pictures I saw on the internet. Don'tjudge a book by its cover! Read more

HUGE room! Very clean and I love that the linens and pillows smell like fabric softener! We have a toddler so having a very... clean and smoke free room is great! Wells looks like a small town and the other hotels in the area do not look very inviting. Soglad we chose to stay here! Having a restaurant in the hotel is a huge plus too and I think there is a market next door. Read more

My fiancé and I were on the road all night and decided to stop and look up reviews for local hotels/motels. We came across this... hotel and decided to go with it because the reviews were decent. We should have kept looking... the owner was really nice but asfar as the room goes it was HORRIBLE. I went to take a shower and I kid you not there were pubic hairs in the tub I'm guessingfrom previous people. Which leads me to believe no one cleaned the bathroom. The room smelled of damp mold and the restaurantthat's attached to the hotel was awful. In all honesty don't waste your time. KEEP DRIVING. I am starting to think people leavegood reviews just because... Read more

After a long day on the road (that included a flat tire) we were happy to arrive. Our host was ready for us checked us in... quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was nothing fancy but was spacious with a two queen beds and akitchenette. It was impeccably clean and there were nice towels. The beds were super comfy and we slept well. We heard no otherguests. The host saw us off at 8:00 the next morning. A very nice man! Read more

The owners were very friendly, personable and fun to talk with. We ate dinner at their Chinese food restaurant and the meals... were excellent. Very tasty and fresh ingredients. Our room was a two bedroom suite with a kitchenette. Perfect accommodationsfor me, my husband and our teenage daughter. The suite was very clean and roomy and we really enjoyed the new carpet, freshpaint, clean comfortable beds, watching cable on the flat screen TV in the living room and using the clean bathroom with a nicehot shower. We were only disappointed with the kitchenette because we wanted to cook our breakfast before leaving but there wasabsolutely nothing in the kitchen to cook with. No pans, utensils, dishes, nothing. Thankfully we had our own pans, paper platesand plastic spoons and knives. We didn't have a spatula or forks so I called the office and spoke with the owner's wife andasked her if we could borrow a spatula and some forks. She told me they didn't have any spatulas but she could give me a fewplastic forks. Then she proceeded to tell me that people staying only 1 night usually don't cook in the kitchen, that mostlyit's people who stay for a week who use the kitchen. I thought that was really ridiculous of her to say, especially since wepaid $91.00 total for our room and should be able to use the kitchen that's included. I told her thanks anyway but that I wouldmake do with what I had on hand. We then proceeded to cook and eat french toast and scrambled eggs using our own skillet, plastic cups, paper plates, and plastic spoons and knives. It was a tad tricky let me tell you, but we did it! Other than theissue with the kitchen, which was kind of inconvenient to say the least, we liked our stay here. Read more
