Really good food; however, we have never once received the right order from delivery. I do not typically write on social media;... However, today we ordered and I am tired of being annoyed. I have spoken to the owner before, good guy for sure. But there isa clear and present disconnect with delivery. Today I ordered the Sausage roll which comes with peppers and onions. I receiveda sausage and cheese sandwich. Not terrible, but it is not even something on the menu.. how? The time before, I received thesame order with 100 jalapenos instead of peppers. The second my food arrived I could tell by the smell of the pizza it was good. I almost cried after the first bite. I recently... moved from NY and only ordered Italian from one other place called DePietros (delivered an incomplete order, gave me majorattitude when I called and their food is meh). Jimmy?s Sicilian pizza is EXACTLY like my favorite place in Howard Beach, Queens- down to the crisp crust and sweet sauce. My 92% Italian soul is singing right now!!! Read more

The wrong pizzeria was delivered to us. When I called the restaurant they were on it right away. The manager refunded the cost... of our pizza and immediately had the drive bring us the correct pizza. It was the best way to correct an honest mistake on abusy Saturday night. Read more

The best pizza in Palm Beach County. From a simple cheese pizza to their Grandmas Pie, it?s all good / they use fine ingredients... and quality cheese / dough. Our experience here is similar to what we have experienced in most of South Florida - decent food, with a culture of struggling... customer service. Our order was placed online with a Curbside pickup option (it was raining) for 6pm. We arrived about 6pm withinstruction to call the restaurant when we arrived. We called and got forwarded directly to voicemail, with a message thatstates the mailbox is full. Not to worry - I walked inside to pick it up, bypassed the ?Order Here? line of 10 people andwalked up to the ?Pickup? line. I was told by a girl ?pickup is over here,? pointing to the ?order? line. Slightly annoying butstill not a big deal. I waited in line, gave my name for the pickup order and was told it wasn?t ready. No approximate waittime, no ?I?ll let you know,? just a ?not ready.? I sat for about 20 minutes, and didn?t hear from anyone so I decided to askthem again. A different girl walked over to a guy who talked to another guy, and the two pizzas we ordered, ready this wholetime, were sitting on the oven. Without apology or acknowledgment, they were handed to me. We were pretty hungry at this pointand didn?t check the pizzas while we were at the restaurant, which probably gives you a pretty good indication of how this endedup: they gave us the wrong pizzas. To be fair to JB?s, this is the common experience we have with anything related to SouthFlorida. They aren?t an anomaly. We have had their pizza before and it?s the best around, so we keep going back rolling the diceon service. Cheesesteak is an absolute joke where?s the meat? And what?s worse is they charge $10.95 it?s mostly bread. The pizza was ok,... very very greasy and floppy. Atmosphere is ok some TVs, tables, chairs and booths not very big. Most likely will not returnagain.
