?Our food is made to order, it?s not fast food??which is right because fast food is better. I order and they say it?ll be 15... minutes which makes sense since all I ordered was a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and 3 tenders. ALMOST 50 MINUTES LATER I GETMY FOOD. There?s no reasonable explanation as to why it would take that long in an empty restaurant. I got a clucking hotsandwich and don?t get me wrong it was spicy but definitely not worth the wait it was basically $20 for that amount I canliterally go anywhere else get my food faster, spicier, and with a side and drink. I have never before had Nashville chicken, so I can't comment on how it compares, but here are my impressions of my first... visit. The decor is industrial. It looks like a place to come in, grab a quick bite, and go; not a place to sit and stayawhile. You order at the counter and then the food is brought to your table in brown paper bags. I had the Hot Chick Sandwichwith a side of Mac 'n Cheese. I enjoyed both. I had medium heat, and I'll have hot next time. Everything was very clean: thedining room, the front counter, and the men's restroom. The only criticism I have, and it's pretty minor, is that the gentlemantaking orders at the counter needs a bit more training. Instead of greeting people, he just stares at them until they saysomething. I didn't know if I should wait at the counter after ordering or if he would bring me my food so I stood at thecounter until he came back and I asked him. "Have a seat, and I'll bring you your food as soon as it's ready" would have beenmuch better. People who came in after me got the exact same lack of greeting and also didn't appear to know what to do afterordering. If you're looking for a place for a quick bite to eat, I recommend Hot Chicks. Ordered dinner for pickup, first time trying the place so got a few things. Korean wings, chicken fingers, Hot Chick sandwich,... Mac & cheese and slaw. Food was fresh and crispy but greasy and bland. Medium had zero heat or flavor, the hot Korean wings didhave decent spice and was the best thing in the order. Restaurant was empty when we arrived to pick up order and order was notready on time. Bit over priced considering nothing was great. Happy we gave it a try, but will not be going back anytime soon. Ordered 5 meals , Korean wings hot it came medium . Ordered little chicken hot and has no heat at all in there very dry. Hot box... wings was supposed to be medium it was bland with no spice. Hot box tenders medium and there?s no spice at all kind of bland.The mac and cheese was good though and the home brew sweet tea. The food is good not great. I placed an order online and they tacked on an 8.6% SERVICE FEE and did not disclose this. It just... appeared on the receipt that was delivered to my email. When I arrived at the store, I questioned the fee. I was told thateverybody does this. I have ordered online hundreds of times and never, ever been charged a service fee. And 8.6% is excessiveregardless. Never again. See the pic. $33. Not a great value. As to your response, the fee was not disclosed. I also picked upthe order in store. With Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc. you expect to pay a SERVICE FEE. They are providing a service, delivery. Ifthe fee was transparent and fully disclosed, I would have no complaint. This was not the case.
