After receiving the online notification that our food was ready, we still had to wait one hour for the food while we were on... site with 2 toddlers. The staff was very rude, and the MOD not helpful at all. The counter top from where they were giving outthe food was dirty ( full of ketchup, drops of milkshake etc). When the food was finally ready, they just tossed the bag noteven aknologing the guests not apologizing for the wait. Great fast food but it should not take so long to produce. Always presented as ordered, just takes to long. Best fries, hands... down. Order a size smaller than you need on fries, they give you plenty extra. Read more
I ordered on line: 4 burgers for me and my 3 teenagers. Only ONE burger was prepared correctly. Although I ordered 20 minutes... in advance and the app read that the order would be ready in 15 minutes, my son had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Then, he washanded the wrong order. He gave it back and waited longer for our order. I will say that one of their processes workedperfectly: they perfectly processed my credit card for a near $80 order that they got wrong! Hey, 5 guys, I tried to call youto tell you about our messed order but your phone number went to voicemail. Doesn?t really get any better than this. I?ve had burgers around the country and nothing hits quite like 5 guys. Imagine my... surprise when I found out about the cajuin fries. Whoa nelly, we are talking game changer right there. 4 stars because theprice is a little high. I would come more often if I could justify the price to the cuisine. I am more than happy writing this review! It?s been over a year since I have engulfed a Five Guys meal and I was greeted with... such an amazing welcome from the beginning to the end of my visit. Sean, the General Manager is such a gem! Although our worldis not the same due to Covid-19, you could feel Sean?s warm smile and welcome behind his mask. His genuine spirit brought asmile to my face and family. You can tell he cares for his customers and will go above and beyond to make sure their visit issuperb from beginning to end. I ordered the bacon hotdog. It was delicious. The Hebrew National hot dog was sliced through and grilled. The bacon was cooked... perfectly, medium, just how I like it. The staff was very friendly and after I finished, asked me how I liked it. I?lldefinitely be back. Read more
