Stopped here because just left a Drs appointment that mom couldn't eat or drink before. So she really wanted coffee and a donut.... Employees were really friendly but both coffees were made wrong, didn't notice till we had left (lesson learned to check thembefore leaving). Mom had orders a medium French Vanilla coffee, black. She got it and it had cream AND sugar in it. I ordered amedium ice salted caramel latte. I am not positive but I don't think there was any salted caramel syrup in it. If there was Icould not taste it. We each ordered 2 doughnuts each and 2 out of the 4 were the wrong kind. So after she had waited 16 hourssince she last ate or drank anything she was so so so disappointed. As was I. Read more
The worst coffee I have ever had in my life was in this place. And customer service is the worst. I ordered a coffee through... the mobile app 5 min before arriving and when I arrived there were no customers and the lady was sitting in a chair veryentertaining with her phone, after 2 minutes I was standing in front of her when she got up and started doing the order of aRegular Ice Latte that was not my order, with a very bad way she addressed me and told me and what did you order? I had to showher my order and she prepared me a bitter coffee and impossible to drink, of course I ordered a "Signature Ice Latte". And ofcourse no MASK Read more
The filthy DD ever! Had to throw my coffee away the poor lady in the cashier look likes didn?t take shower of 3 days! She had... used a spoon that was over-the-counter to mix my drink only God knows where where this spoon before! Read more
Honestly they are usually very good. However they recently hired this older lady who doesn't seem to care about what you order... she just does whatever she wants and ruined my breakfast 2 days in a row. Very disappointing when every other employees isamazing. She makes them look bad. Read more
