Dunkin Donuts, is a Franchise Store. Each store is runned differently. Some are better in catering to the next customer.
My son and I had often frequented this location, as it was on the way to school. For years we were met with genuinely friendly... and efficient service. However, there has been a staff changeover and, unfortunately, the service has suffered. This came to ahead when an employee berated the customer ahead of me in the drive thru and then proceeded to do the same with us. I opted togo elsewhere for breakfast, as should you. I can forgive human error, but never rude customer service. You get more of what youtolerate. We have options. Stop hiring people that simply don't care about your customers or your business. Inexperienced with drinks. staff not trained to make drinks or do necessary transactions. stomach hurts from being given dairy... when we specifically said oatmilk. cold foam was old or not brewed right. Staff couldn't refund and manager told me to come backTuesday. I work out of town and will not be here during the week.
