As a member of the LGBT community I don't support Chick-fil-A. My girlfriend used to work there so she enjoys their food. This... location in the Wellington Mall seem like they're always busy rushing things for inpatient customers. I would say they can do alittle better but I think they're doing the best they can during rush hour. PS Chick-fil-A should stay out of LGBT communitybusiness. Read more
Consistent product. Great value. But sadly, I must comment that the employees at this location spent more time talking... amongst themselves, than helping customers. And that is just an honest observation. I waited 15 minutes for just a milkshake.Only one young lady was taking orders at a register. And when someone realized that I was going to pay with ca$H, immediatelythat was a problem. Clearly no management on site at this location. I did not hear any of the pleasantries in conversation thatI've become accustomed to at other stores from employees. Probably just a sign of the times. But I always believed that goodmanagement and good training instilled good values in employees. I guess I was wrong. Still good food at a good price. Youshould visit when in the mall! Read more
Ohhh man? it was awesome and delicious as hell. The burger was very juicy and mouthwatering. I only eat a burger and friends of... mine had a whole menu. The put in so much extra fries, that I could even eat some as well. The service was good and very was. The wait for food takes forever! And curbside is a hot mess. It?s like they have McDonald?s employees doing the curbside orders;... there is ALWAYS something missing. To wait forever, not get all your food and what you do get is either cold or soggy justdoesn?t make sense to me for such a busy location such as the mall. Sadly, they don?t care because they will always be busy, butif POOR quality is a result of curbside service, JUST STOP OFFERING THE SERVICE. Then they hand out free chicken sandwich ornugget gift cards as a sorry - keep it and just do better. Also let me know if I need to bring my own bag to pack my order, theywill stuff 10 8-count nuggets in a small bag and pile sauces on top, might as well hand everything to me in my arms. Geesh! The wait for food at this one always takes forever! The customer service is always awful here too. McDonalds has better customer... service these days. Chick-fil-A has always been above average with their service but not anymore. Read more

Everything was great except I tried to do the online review that was on my receipt but had issues. Tried reaching out to the... store but never received a call back. Was supposed to get free sandwich for doing survey. Just ended up throwing the receiptaway because it was only good for either 24 or 48 hours. Very disappointed in that. Loved the breakfast burrito and jalapeñohot sauce. ???????????????????????????? Hopefully someone will respond to this. Read more
