Reviews for Casa Tequila in Wellington, FL
The ambiance is nice and I like the patio for outside seating. Servers are always nice. The food, in my opinion, is just ok.... Meat and shrimp tend to always be overcooked. I had a chicken soup the other weeks, which I truly enjoyed! If you are lookingfor a nice place to sit outside with ok food then this is your spot. Read more
Went for dinner on a Tuesday night. I think this is the only Mexican restaurant in Wellington with no Taco Tuesday special. Food... was good. Service was excellent. Read more

Very good, authentic Mexican food. Awesome environment. I met there with a large business group for lunch. The service was... great, although they seemed short-staffed. One server for a group that large was not efficient. (This is the only reason I didnot offer 5 stars.) I will certainly return. Read more
Great, quaint spot. Even though they have a nice outdoor patio seating area, it was too warm with very little shade to sit... outside? if they had live music, we would have enjoyed an early lunch in the patio. The restaurant inside had a good ambiance &had authentic Mexican cultural decor. We were not greeted right away & halfway thought they were closed. ???? We inquired withthe hostess when she came. She confirmed & sat us quickly. The waitress came quickly to welcome us. While we decoded on drinks, she quickly brought back some very tasty chips and salsa: both mild & ?picante?????, which wasn?t spicy hot. Both were verygood! We ate all the chips & used the salsa to top the rice, which I recommend. ???? The Banana Mai Tai ????was very good! TheMango Margarita is ok?could use a mix of real mango vs. a mixer. The carne asada was super tender & well seasoned. My dateordered the pork carnitas were good & flavorful. I only gave it 4 stars for food presentation. Was a little sloppy/messy. Asmall adjustment to presentation, can make a huge difference, especially when they were not that busy to take an extra moment tocare for they way they present their dishes to their guests. Read more
What a great Mexican restaurant. The location is pretty unique. When you find it, hidden in a chain store plaza...you are amazed... of what becomes of it after you walk in. Its like a real hacienda! The food was great! Big smiles from the staff. Read more
If I were going to give this restaurant stars based on the food and service it would definitely be a 5 stars ? restaurant but... unfortunately I have to write about the entire experience here so I?m going to give it a solid 3.5 stars ??. Why? We had to waitover 15 minutes for someone to come and seat us even though the place appeared empty. The service once we did make our way inwas amazing. The server super patient and attentive. The food was delicious to say the least. I had the super burrito ???? andit was to die for. My friends had the trio fajitas and the Cancun shrimps yum ???? they were just as satisfied and we each haddifferent drinks that topped off the meals. Unbelievably delicious!! We couldn?t go without trying their desserts and we wentout rolling? happy as only three friends could be. It was one of those experiences with friends that go down in the memory books???? for sure! So why the 3.5 stars and not the 5?? The bathrooms ????????. I just can?t stand dirty bathrooms and one of thedoors didn?t close. Not sure what?s going on there. But if you?re looking forward to a delicious meal with great service this isdefinitely worth the money. Just think of me and #enjoy your time. You won?t regret it ????. Read more
Best Mexican in Wellington. Restaurant was uncrowded so we did receive attentive service. Caritas were very good as we live in... San Diego and are Mexican food snobs! Margaritas were fair and did not need a "fix-up". Go during off peak times. Read more
