Aug2022: 2?: I stopped by the store to mail off a package that was a return authorization. The lady inside the store just seemed... to hate her job. She didn't greet me upon my entry into the store and was seemingly agitated that I was there in front of her.She was short with me and indifferent. If people don't like the job they choose, why stay in that job. If workers don't likepeople, why put them in a position for exposure to the public. It was early morning, so she couldn't have been upset by someoneso fast. There is parking for free in front and back of the store. Read more

This is the strangest ups location I have ever visited. The employees go out of their way to be unfriendly and they charged $2... for 8 inches worth of tape, but gave me the spare box for free. Seems a bit backwards if you ask me. Unless you are justdropping a package off I would avoid this place. 2 stars for location. Read more

Extremely efficient store with (at least one) extremely knowledgeable and helpful employee(s). I came in with a box of ~60... journals to be shipped in different packages and quantities both domestically and internationally, expecting only to buy boxesand to ship and label them a different day. Enter hero, Jake, the only employee at the store, who talked me through pricing andhelped me for the better part of an hour sort through labeling and shipping all of my journals while also handling othercustomers that walked in. I'm glad to have done all my shipping in a single day and could not have done it without Jake at theUPS Store's help. Read more

Snobby town meets snobby service. If you want to be treated like you don't belong somewhere, then try this place. You definitely... won't regret it. Every other place you will visit afterwards will make you feel like you are a king!!! Walked in. No Hi orHello. Told me to leave packages by the scale. I said hello can you please give me a receipt with tracking numbers. She said Ihave to step back by the window. Social distancing is now 50 feet. I guess new UPS rules... once she printed my receipt she justthrew it on the counter with no other communication. While this all.was happening another person by accident brought a FedExpackage in. Nice Wellesley lady with a dog. Guess what the lady behind counter said? Yes. That's why I would just go there forexperience. Welcome to Soviet union. Read more

This store should be named ?unwilling? postal service? they honestly must just not like to do any automatic returns because... every single time I?ve gone in they say that their system is down so they cannot except a pre-posted Xfinity return. Today I hada box and a label and they refuse to take it unless I paid for packaging which the return did not need. I also had an Amazonreturn which I was told I could bring to any UPS store and they would print the label and take it but once again they refused todo that And said I would have to pay for it. This place is so pathetic, it is amazing that it can stay in business Read more

Absolute worst UPS store. Rose is unprofessional and rude. She said I had to re-package a return because the box was torn Please... note, I brought my own tape since I?ve already experienced the ridiculous charge for tape from her! I repackaged the return.When I asked for a receipt, she said I do not need one. Today I had a UPS driver deliver the empty/ripped box to my homeaddress!! All on camera! When I called concerned, she admitted to using an old shipping label (legal?) and taking the box fromrecycling bin and HANDING it to a driver to bring to my house! And my return is missing. Scary to say the least. Stay away! Read more

Worst UPS experience of my life. They refused to give me a receipt, which I believe is illegal, so I will be reporting them. ... And then on top of it they wanted to charge me for 1 piece of tape on my package even though Amazon clearly states that allreturn packaging is FREE thru UPS! Amazon also provided a QR code to scan so I wouldn't need to print a label, however shestill said I'd have to pay her $2 for a label, even though my package didn't need it because of the QR code! Every other UPSstore I've been to has complied with Amazon rules, but this UPS store makes things up and tries to take advantage of thecustomers because it's located in a wealthy community. I've never wished ill on anybody, but I actually hope they go out ofbusiness, definitely dont give them your business, they don't deserve it. Thank God for karma, this woman will get hers. Read more
