Always nice workers who usually remember you if you're there alot. Only reason I won't put 4 stars is because sometimes when you... ask for double tray with tall/big coffee orders they forget and I've had many drinks spill in car over the years. And once inawhile mess up an order, which some workers have done the right thing and fixed it free. Others haven't and charged you andtaken back the wrong drink or food which they're not supposed to do I was told. But this hasn't happened often. And for somereason they have not updated their new times for opening and closing this week or put up a sign letting people know as they werealways 24/7 drive - thru. Unless something happened but it's been closed every late night for days now. But usually the serviceis great, workers are great, hardly ever mess up your orders, and unlike some other Tim Hortons they seem to properly heat ortoast your food properly. I have never dined inside. But it's a pretty good Tim Hortons place. Also you just have to be carefuldriving into the parking lot/drive thru because the one curb can be really close to your car tires if someone else is comingout. Before I knew that I've bumped over that curb a bit when you don't have a wide enough space to drive in when another car iscoming out. Also the lines in the morning/early afternoon and evening can be busy but most Tim Hortons are. I've definitely seenworse and this Tim Hortons has a bit more room for more cars comparatively from other's I've been to. This is a pretty thoroughreview but I'd rate them 4.5 stars for good workers, pretty fast drive through, usually accurate orders, and a generally allaround run well Tim Hortons. Read more
Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and tomato, I was told there was no tomatos, okay fine but then this is how much cream cheese... they put on it... complete waste of money. Read more

There was some miscommunication in drive through. So I came in to get what I thought I was missing. It was completely my... mistake! They showed me the receipt, and still fixed it even though it was my misunderstanding! The team was so sweet andeverytime I've gone in they've gone above and beyond. I need to remember to bring cash sometime so I can tip them all. Theydeserve it ???? Best location in Welland for sure! Read more

I usually have no problems with this tim hortons but PLEASE save yourself some dissapointment and never order a bagel from here.... They never cut it in half and the amount of cream cheese is an insult, tastes like I'm eating a bagel with nothing on it. Dobetter Read more
