I've had multiple problems at this location, they just can't get an order right. You either get something entirely different or... missing items. Today they were generous enough to offer for me to drive back and get my milkshake since I recieved a spriteinstead. I was told she must of misunderstood me.... Every time I come here my order gets messed up. It something or the other that's missing. To top it all off they get the... simplest orders like happy meal wrong. They love charging for extra sauces but never add them to the meals. Get extra tomatoesand onions on my meal, charge me but never add to my burgers. So frustrating. My advice, check your oder before you move fromthe window. Read more
I want to dislike McDonalds here because being tainted by other locations with lower standards, this one however is a well... oiled machine , they've never messed up my order (maybe a coffee once , but it just needed a bit more of a stir I'm not tooconcerned). Staff is always friendly and the people ordering are cool, no problems. Tough part of this location is drivethrough, that's not their problem entirely, it's more of the area as it likely wasnt the best place to have a lot of trafficcome out just in front of an intersection, but that's more city planning than anything. All in all, it's one of the betterlocations I've been to, clean, fast, good food. Read more

Just once I'd like to go to this location and have a positive experience. Drive-thru was busy, and we sat waiting for someone to... serve us while the other side had 3 orders taken. When the guy finally took our order, we had to repeat it 3 times. Person whotook payment wasn't pleasant, barely spoke except to say pull ahead and wait. When the food finally came, we didnt receive areceipt or straw in the bag, fries were ice cold, and our hamburgers were missing half of their toppings and completelysquished. We visit here often as it's our local McDonald's. We always do drive through. Rarely do we get our order at the window. Almost... always have to pull forward and wait. It's far from perfect. My wife stop placing any order more complicated than a happy mealas it was always wrong. One day she got an open half eaten bag of apples in her meal. We got a new bag and an apology. Sherecently found she likes the Jr chiken. I ordered her 2 with tomato and onion. It was bad enough they charged 40 cent for tomatoper sandwich but today would seem they raised the price to 50 cents. Fare enough things are getting expensive. Take a look atthis photo of her Jr chiken and you tell me. Is it the cost of ingredients going up or the crazy amount this store is waisting.There is something wrong over at this place. It's mismanaged severely. Read more
I ordered through skip. I wanted a big Mac. I got a big Mac.. .. no meat!!!, who ,in their right mind, would do this. It's a... big Mac. Again they missed the order another day. Do not use skip the dishes!!!!! Try getting your money back. Read more
I was a regular stopped going for a while because of terrible service at the drive thru and counter. I decided to try the app. ... Today was the second time I ordered on the app with bring out to your car. First time went lovely nice lady order completelycorrect and quick. Today second time waited over 10 minutes the app said they brought it out and enjoy my meal but still nomeal. I'm like great they took my money and nothing ( almost went in) when finally someone came out handed us a bag and orangejuice great thought it was right ha. Does this look like an egg blt on a sesame seed bagel extra value meal with hash brown? Get home it's 2 chicken breakfast sandwiches no hash brown and orange juice (which I ordered). So how did they screw this up ? I'm so confused did they just grab a bag sitting on the counter and orange juice because I looked at my order impossible forthis to happen if they are trained and read order which clearly they did because I got orange juice. Never go here staff neverget orders right staff are rude and don't care about making you wait for your food. Just terrible need a new manager on site orsupervisor cracking the whip or something staff are just doing whatever they want at this location. Just Chaos at this locationdefinitely not a well oiled machine. It's been well over a year since this location opened and still can't get it right.
