We waited for at least 45minutes for our order. It took forever for the chicken. Lots of people were waiting, it ruined our... night. When we finally got the order, the popcorn chicken was not crunchy at all, the poutine was getting cold, the Fries weresoggy. The only saving grace was the chicken wings and tenders were decent, albeit extremely salty.. The cashier was very nice,she tried to keep the kitchen in order but they were having trouble. Great place to order if you like to wait in line for an hour there?s literally 30 people in here now that have been waiting an... hour lineup out the door. An old man waited 45 mins for a small fry. Shame on this restaurant owner for not having the properamount of staff on a Tuesday and over stressing their staff for min wage. Read more

Worst KFC ever...service sucks ...food is old and crusty...I have not been a fan of kfc for a bit now cause it's not what it... used to be..however there is no Mary Browns in Welland...I am now convinced the drive to St Catharines is worth the trip...if Iever eat kfc it will not be from this location Read more

Visiting this location tonight at 7 PM, a male and female employees at the front desk were more than accommodating. They went... above and beyond to satisfy the needs of an autistic child. It was very much appreciated the extra effort and kind that they putin. Kudos to them and KFC for having these outstanding employees Read more
Worst meal ever. Chicken was so dry and old. Super greasy,salty. Ordered a mega fry got a sm. In a bag. They gave me an extra... piece that literally had the marks from the metal shelf they hold it on. Can't believe the manager on the floor let someone sendthat kind of disgusting chicken out to a customer. Especially with how expensive it is. Shame on you KFC Welland. Read more
If 0 stars was an option, I'd be leaving that review. We ordered through Skip and they forgot half our order. When I called and... spoke to Joanne, I was berated and belittled for complaining, after following what Skip the Dishes told me to do. Managementneeds to clean house and start hiring people who know how to deal with customers. Read more
