This place is a joke. The stop doing to go orders whenever they feel like it. Even if the restaurant is seemingly dead. Then if... you order online (which essentially is still a to go that's allowed), the catch is you CAN'T use your $25 food comp online. Soyou are then forced to dine in to use it. Once you order, you get scolded when you ask for a box because they know what yourtrying to do and they hassle you. It's terrible for everyone. I even told the server I would tip her to give me boxes so I canuse my food comp and eat in my room. Sad. We come here all the time and never had to go issues. Each experience here seems to get increasingly worse . There is no management to speak of , waitresses, unfortunately, have... little time management skills . Today our waitress made the smart decision to take 4 tables orders and put them all in at once .Hence making the tables all wait and burdening the kitchen with all at once . Food cold & tasteless. Had a late dinner here during our stay. Pretty much a no frills diner with some decent food. My Reuben was okay. Corned beef... was wafer thin and a little skimpy. Coleslaw did have a nice tang and creaminess without being too sweet. Partner's Turkey Clubwas served on an excellent Raspberry Fritter and was definitely the star of the meal. Generous amount of meats and perfectlygrilled bread. The fries were right out of the fryer nice and crispy! Very attentive waitstaff. Didn't blow my socks off but,still tasted pretty good. Read more
There is a comforting diner feel to this restaurant, with a menu to match. The prices are reasonable for the most part. The... downside is that you are not able to escape from the noise of the casino. Read more
Great service, everyone was really nice. Food is not great, got food poisoning after eating here which ruined our very expensive... weekend at treasure island. I cant say for sure if it was their food that did it but the timing sure pointed to this place.Typical casino food, terrible Read more
Ordered To Go. It was ready on time (+). Husband ordered a burger with coleslaw. When we got back to our room, found there was... no slaw (-) Ordered a bottle of soda, and it was warm (-). The burger was tasty (+) as was the quesadilla. It was $35 (-) Meh.I'll go off property next time. Read more
Average food at best. "Sizzling 7" burger was decent, but on the small side with a bare minimum amount of meat. Fries were OK,... but not great. Had obviously been sitting for a while. Chef salad was sub-par - over-processed meat, lettuce was just shy ofbeing wilted, etc. Have had the walleye dinner here on another visit. Skimpy fillet, full of bones. Hostess on this visit wasobviously not having a good day - at least try to crack a smile and pretend that I'm not ruining your day by showing up, willya? Waitress, however, was terrific; Ellie deserves a raise and was the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2. In myopinion, ALL of the restaurants in this casino need a makeover. Read more
Honestly it's in a casino ordered my food to go. My husband and I both enjoyed what I got home. Most of the people that work... here are very friendly every once in awhile you get a grouchy one. I rate things based on the environment they're located in. Ifyou're going to a casino and you're grabbing something from their Cafe it's not five star dining think about your environmentwhen reading these restaurants. They get extremely busy so sometimes there's a week for your food once again remember yourenvironment. With the buffet being closed it's the best choice for food at TI. So definitely give it five stars I've never beendisappointed Read more
