Very friendly and quick to make your sandwich. Even when they are training someone new, they are still pretty quick!
The staff was very friendly and efficient. My subs were perfect.
Ordered online so it would be ready. When I got there 10 people came in and ordered after I arrived to pick up my sandwich and... they got theirs and mine had not even been started. Read more
I went in at 8:45 to grab a fast sandwich and was told it was a good thing I made it time because they closed in 15 min. Had 3... people in front of me and I said it shouldn't take 15 minutes to make for sandwiches. And then when I was they were making mysandwich and I was getting ready to pay and it was 5 till about 6 girls came in for sandwiches and they told him they couldjust only make sandwiches up to 9:00 and if they were in the middle of it they would not finish couldn't get the rest of themwhich is like that is crazy sending people away because you don't want to make that many sandwiches before closing I told himMcDonald's was open until 11:00. Wasn't impressed with my visit today. The veggies were wilted the tomatoes tested bitter, they just didn't look good. The girl... that help me was young so I kinda of understand but her mind was not on helping me. She asked me 3 times for my order and I hadto tell her 2 times I wanted extra cheese. I didn't want it toasted but she almost put it in the toaster. And when wrapping itup she was busy talking with the other kids work and all the tomatoes and lettuce was falling out (I had to put it back togetherwhen I got home) and she was smashing the bread. I wouldn't normally say anything but all the kids working there really needs toknow that when helping a customer their focus needs to be on that customer and not on each other. And then maybe the vegetablesneed to be a little fresher. Read more
Not enough supervision while the high schoolers work alone. They need more training and direction as well. They didn't pay... attention to any special instructions. And when I asked about it they were really confused like they didn't know what I wastalking about. One girl was ringing a customer up, took her hand and wiped her nose all over itit. Didn't wash her hands, andwent to the next customer and made their food. The teenagers have always been a problem. No self control over privateconversations when helping customers, not paying attention to what they're doing or instructions, not watching where or whatwhat they do with their hands and not professional at all. I get they are young but this is a job and if they don't do it...Well, do Wright ups. Maybe they'll take it seriously. Read more
