Highly disappointed with this location. They messed up our order the last time we were the other drive thru. Was told they?d... make it right by putting my name in a ?book?, and giving us a few extra pieces next time we came. Instead of making it right;the rude-female manager had a chip on her shoulder and told us too bad. Definitely lost my families business from here forward. Read more
Everything I got there I run into problems. They offer things then don't have it. They give you what they want you to have, not... what you ask for. And the young lady manager can be mean & not for the customer. SMH Read more
A few days ago ordered the famous mashed potato bowl combo. Got home it was just chicken and dry potatoes. Called manager Holly... said she would replace went today told them i was there for my mess up. Get home should have checked got a bowl of mashedpotatoes and gravy. Sat for for over 45 mins waiting on chicken that they kept saying they was making the floor was disgusting an sticky while... waiting on my order I watched a employee eat pickles out of the container with gloves on an then make food with the same gloveson. Very disappointed, got the 14 Piece bucket with the sides. Got it home and there were 12 chicken legs and 2 thighs. No breast... meat for family members that only eat white. $32 not worth buying. I won't do it again . Read more
