Very good food. Worth what you pay.
Added our name to the list when we arrived and were told it would be a 30-40 minutes wait. The very kind hostess sought us out... about 50 minutes later (we were exploring the complex/purchasing our play cards) and let us know she didn?t think any tableswould be opening up and suggested we place a to-go order at the bar. We weren?t acknowledged for over 10 minutes at the end ofthe bar, and finally I went to the middle of the bar. I asked if we could place a to-go order and was told ?you can place anorder but it will be a long wait.? I wish we hadn?t wasted an hour of time to basically be told we?d probably lose another hour.We left to support another local business. I?ll update if we ever actually get to order and eat here in the future. I willacknowledge that it?s a rainy, busy Saturday?not sure if staffing is the issue or the crowds. I don?t fault a place based oncircumstances and will be willing to try again. Read more
Had pizza there. Very good. Waitress was very nice and friendly. Very clean Restaurant and very enjoyable dining experience.
Well I'm going to put up 3 stars for now, I just purchased a new house and land here , so with that said being a Google blogger,... I'll keep you updated as im looking in the area for events for locals ???????, extremely honest about food. Born and raised inNew England, also in Virginia for 40 years so far I like what I see , also looking for adult things for a elderly man 86 youngto do...I also have 2 horses ???? ???? so pretty busy looking to check this out soon ???? I ordered She crab soup. The menu description sounded wonderful. The soup did not match the description, was overpowered by... old bay, and when I did find a piece of "crab" big enough to taste it was disturbing. I was raised on Chesapeake bay bluecrabs. There was something wrong with that crab. I also had a side of bacon cooked well enough and a mimosa made with whattasted like bargain orange juice. Maybe I ordered the wrong things, but I was not pleased. My friend wanted her eggs over easyinstead of scrambled and was told she would ask, but not promise. She said they took poached eggs off of the menu because thecook couldn't get them right. Add to that our waitress seemed to keep forgetting we were there. I would love to see them stepup their game. Great food and stiff drinks. Kids can play while the adults play at the bar. We ate there on two different days and ejoyed... both. Read more
