Reviews for Taco Bell in Weed, CA
Taco Bell, locations among cities, small towns, and gas stations. Expectations of fast food are often mediacore and little... variation exists between locations; it's what we expect, almost admire; however this one breaks the norm. Unfortunately themanagement has been embarrassing for over 5 years and little appears to have changed. It's clear to the customers and thededicated employees that management continues to fail. Too often potential employees steer clear of opportunities in thisestablishment, because its obvious a lose-lose situation. Regardless of their hard work, skills, and energy, management createsa hostile and detrimental work environment. Making it impossible for employees to succeed and to recruit new talent. UnlessManagement steps up and takes responsibility of the position they've been granted, it will continue to fail. It's on yourshoulders, so what will you do? Read more
Only 2 employees and many customers coming in the drive thru and front. They handled it the best they could but between... customers being horrible and being exhausted from working since early morning hours they were visibly upset. The manager shouldbe ashamed and corporate should make it a policy to shut the doors if there aren't enough employees to work. Shameful. Read more

Went through the drive through on the way home to Yreka from the lake. The service was speedy and the burritos were actually... the right size and not all tortilla in which made me surprised . They did mess up on one of my items but it was okay because thequality of the food was worth it . Real polite guys working the drive thru . Read more
drive thru was closed, maybe some yellow tape at the drive thru entrance would be good, eh? Out of taco pizza, dirty or should... I say sticky dinning area, soda area needed cleaning, this was lunch time but how long does a soapy towel take to wipe down thearea or a mop. They have short staff but did the world get in this mess 2 or 3 years ago by making mistakes and careless Read more
I've been to a lot of Taco Bells over the last 40-years and this one has the slowest drive through ever. 3-cars in front of me &... it took 20-minutes to get through it. I ordered 3-tacos & that took almost 10-minutes to get after I paid the cashier. When Icomplained she said they are understaffed. When I watched thru the window it looked like 3-people inside with only one actuallyworking. The cashier just stood there and one guy standing still, watching the one working and then occasionally moving around.Apparently each one has a specific job and cannot help anyone else. Looks more like poor management. The line developing behindme got very, very long and I can only imagine the hour or so it must have taken for the guy at the end based on my timedexperience. On-the-other-hand, the food tasted great (Of course, by the time I received it, I was really starving & at thatpoint food always tastes good). I gave them 2-stars only because the food tasted good, service was no stars. I hope they canhire more personnel SOON and train them to do multiple jobs and help each other as needed. Read more
We stopped here on a busy Sunday afternoon. There were only 3 workers which I have seen double the workers for less busy... locations. Even though the circumstances were not ideal the drive through associate was professional and kind. The food came asordered and was warm. Keep up the great work and great attitude! ???????????? 45 minute wait, order was wrong. We were one of 30 people. The bar is set pretty low for Taco Bell and these employees brought a... shovel. Was unable to cancel my order because they didn?t know how so they literally stole my money. Read more
