Awesome pizza! Crispy crust, bacon was cooked well, very good experience and food!
I wrote off pizza factory a long time ago because the service was terrible and the food was mediocre. After not eating here for... years I decided to try again. I immediately regretted this decision. Showed up at 820, waited for the group in front of me toorder. I was at the counter at 825(Meanwhile they are cleaning the kitchen) I tried to order some wings to go and they said wereactually closed. The hours say they are open til 9. The kid behind the counter was rude about the entire thing. If I owned apizza place in a small town I would make sure my employees knew turning customers away early cause they have plans on a Fridaynight is unacceptable. Read more

Been going here for years getting BBQ chicken pizza and BBQ chicken wings. Pizza is great however when we aquired these wings... they suddenly turned into chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce layered on the bottom of the pan. Leaving the family sad anddisappointed, thanks for trying I guess!?!?? Not sure I want to try again. Read more
Cash only! Pizza just ok, not much sauce, lots of pineapple but so much juice the crust was soggy on regular pizza. Asked about... gluten free but they are not educated. Use same ladle in sauce that they smear all over bread and crust and back into sauce tocontaminate it with no idea how to work around it. I had to suggest getting fresh sauce from main container and use clean spoon.Guy at counter practically ignored us initially and actually walked away from us. Had to wait for him to come back to place anorder. He did not seem to be doing anything else. Managers there as 3 of them were interviewing new applicants. Poor qualityapplicants as they were letting their kids run wild, not dressed for interview and one shut the door on me. Even with all themanagers, no one cared that the tables and benches were dirty. Pizza: really good and fresh. They have build your own options, hand tossed pizza, yum... Pricey, a medium pizza (12?) in... diameter cost $15-19 depends on your choice of toppings. If the price a bit better, I would give it a 5! Service: the place isnice and clean, everyone works there are friendly and helpful. We ordered & take out so we can eat while swimming at the hotelnearby. Read more
The food was good even though the portions were really little they used to be a lot bigger. The service was good the teenage... boys that were working there seem to be doing their jobs but the atmosphere was very poor everything was broken everything wasout of service their soda machine their games their change machine everything was out of order we played one video game me andmy boyfriend and it ate my quarter my quarters but they replaced it so that was nice.. now would I suggest Pizza factory toanybody else well yeah I would just for pickup I wouldn't I wouldn't stay there and eat there's nothing going on good there tomake it worth sitting there and eating your food you might as well take it home and go watch a movie with the family.
