The food was not too bad for a fast food restaurant but the service was extremely slow. It took like 15 minutes to even place... our order and there were only three people in front of us. I recommend going through the drive-thru because that's where theyput all their focus. If you eat inside, expect it to take you at least 15 to 20 minutes to get your food. Read more

My son I were driving back to Florida from Ohio and I kept seeing this place called "Jack's". So I said let's stop for a bite.... My son got chicken fingers and fries an I had to try the mac and cheese. I must say it was delish. The staff was a delite. If Ilived near a Jack's, it would be a place to stop. I was on my way home from Cincinnati to Ruskin when I stopped in to eat at this Jack's in Wedowee, Alabama. (Disclaimer: I had... never eaten at a Jack's before.) The young lady that was at the register and was surprised that someone had never had Jack'sbefore. We had a good laugh. I ordered a 3pc snack and a side of macaroni and cheese. The restaurant was clean, nice and cold,and the food was great. If a Jack's ever opens up in Ruskin I would definitely eat there because the chicken was great. Stopped in to check this place out for the first time and when I asked questions about the menu the individuals working here... didn't have much they could offer other than to read the menu board themselves. I was a little disappointed to say the least. Read more
