Yeah, so this is the third and final time I will be ordering from this particular location. All three times I have ordered... online, and all three times the order has been terribly incorrect. Today ordered a Footlong Spicy Italian, and a Footlong Steakand Cheese. What I got was TWO Footlong Steak and Cheeses. Not only that, but the sandwiches tasted off. As the one who wassupposed to get the Spicy Italian, well the steak and cheese was so bad, I couldn't finish the sub, and it honestly left a badtaste in my mouth. I asked for a little bit of lettuce and they barely put any on so I asked for a tiny bit more so they grabbed another tiny pinch... and put it on one part of the sandwich, then I ask for tomatoes and they put raw tomatoes with green on them And I politelyasked if those were any good and they responded " I don't know I don't like tomatoes" Then I asked for one stream of mayo andthey put way too much and the drink had a bunch of junk in it. They have a sign that reads new management. They need to go back to old management. The two times I ordered this week they... messed up order . 1st order they forgot the sauce and my drink was warm from cooler . 2nd order they used the wrong meat , nosauce again and again warm drink from cooler and forgot to place chips and drink in bag . I had a horrible experience here. I went at around 8 pm and their was a girl working that was very rude. I ordered a footlong... meal and instead of ringing that in she tried to ring in everything separately and was upset that I insisted that I get the mealinstead of paying for everything separately. Out and nearly out of supplies when I was placing my order. What little there was of the cucumber slices looked like it should... have been thrown out but she still put it in the sandwich. The lady I think barely understood English. After I said I wantedthe special of the day six inches. She proceeded to make a foot long sub. When I noticed this I had to repeat that I only wantedthe six inche sub. She had to ask her supervisor what to do, unsure what to do with what she made. Very soft spoken, I couldn'thear her well. She needed most things repeated to her. Towards the end I asked if the meal could be done at a discount pricefor lack of ingredients. The second lady told me no. . Service was slow. . Closed 15 mins prior to the mentioned closing time. Employes working inside locked the door from inside and never responded,... there was a lady trying to hide in the kitchen. I mean if you are closed atleast turn your light off!! Never giving them mybusiness again. Read more
