Contrary to the bad reviews I've personally never had a bad experience here. Maybe ONCE they got a drink wrong, but fixed it... immediately. There are reviews complaining about wait times, or closing early - like many businesses, this location isunderstaffed. Take it up with corporate for not paying enough to retain crew members. This is a busy location and they areworked to the bone on a major street, don't take it out on the employees for not having 10 arms. They have always been politeto me, and patient as long as I'm not backing up the line by rambling. Absolutely AMAZING STAFF here! I hardly buy myself drinks here but pick up orders for my customers alot here and they always are... fast and efficient with my orders!!! Compared to the two other locations close by, this one by far is the fastest and of courseclosest to me lol! Read more
Since this location has opened I have been a frequent customer and people have been absolutely amazing... UNTIL NOW!!!!!! I... have always known if a company is to close at a certain time they continue to take customers until that time. They don't shutdown 30 minutes before.. This particular location has been closing down at least 30 minutes to 40 minutes early most nights?Tonight I took a screen shot of the Website saying they close at 9:30 and I was in the drive-through at 9:10?? All the lightswere on, EVEN the drive throu, plus 3 vehicles are in the parking lot and a delivery truck.. I drove by the window and all ofthe machines were already covered with plastic and cleaned as if they were closed for business already.. I don't know what hashappened to this location but it has gone downhill very fast.. Read more
I have been in the drive through for 15-20 minutes already (after placing my order). I am late for my appointment and vehicles... are shutting off their motors. No one is moving. This is not my way of spending a Sunday morning. Read more
There?s a lot of places to sit which is nice. For some reason they are out of a lot of things and the straws/coffee condiments... are non existent. I gave it a four instead of a five because again - no coffee straws, sugar, etc. yes, I know why they havetake. First time being at this location on Thursday evening. It's large inside with a lot of room. Dining in is closed for now but... there's some outdoor seating. Pickup is available. First time trying the Almondmilk Cold Brew. It's ok. I prefer drinks withmore flavor. I'm sure I'll be back here again! Overall is a good store to stop by for some drinks! Read more
One of the larger starbucks I've been to and a bit of why I like it. Music is never super loud here, which I appreciate. It's... cozy feeling with the lighting they have in the evening. Though in general it does feel cozy here. Read more
