Hate this place. Ordered ahead so i could make it to work on time, estimated time to pick up was 8:35. It wasn?t ready until... 9:05? and by the time the order was ready, the croissant was cold. Usually have a pretty good experience here, but they took 3 tries this time to get a decent-tasting Refresher during my last... visit. Also, waiting 10 minutes to pick-up an order in the PICKUP area before finally just walking to the counter to place anorder, before someone finally asks me if I need anything. We sat there for a good 45 minutes and no one called us to let us know that coffee was ready. No one in the place just us and... another Customer waiting and waiting. It?s truly sad to say that I even allowed myself to come to this location on 3 separate occasions to be disappointed with their... services and their products. From the girls gossiping and being incredibly rude to me, to simple instructions not being followedlet alone acknowledged. The drink placed did not have the milk option I chose or cinnamon powder. Super simple. This is thesecond time this has happened. I asked for the cinnamon powder and she went to put some in the cup and there was no cinnamonpowder even to pour out. She laughed and I thought she was going in the back to get more and she didn?t. I actually waited thereand she laughed with the other gal as to why I was still standing there. I felt so uncomfortable. I didn?t know Starbucksallowed their customers to feel bullied. Everytime I go there there?s no customer service, the drinks are made incorrectly andif I and were to ask for a correction I felt as if I was in the wrong. I called the manager on one occasion where these girlsproceeded to call me BASIC as I was waiting for my order. When I brought this up to him he agreed that it was in appropriate anddidn?t know they were talking about me. He tried to make it right by offering a few free beverages. I declined. All I ask is forpeace and respect which is what I give but never receive at this location. I will be calling corporate and I plan to email therecorded phone call I placed with this gentlemen. Horrible wait time, I used the app and was quoted about 15 minutes. 45 minutes after I ordered I was told there was 15 people... ahead of me. At some point you have to prioritize catching up over continuing to take orders. Or there needs to be accurate waittimes in the app. It was a zoo. Everyone there was waiting forever. I told them to cancel my order and refund and I haven?theard anything. Another guy was in there asking about his drink when they didn?t hear him the first time the blew him off, andhe left angry.
