They offer promt service and the staff is always nice. Just make sure to check your order. I didn't notice that they left out... some items from my order, but when I called to let them know about the mistake. They were apologetic and offered to corect theorder on my next visit. They gave me the full order again without charge. Read more
The customer service needs work. The employees are lacking social skills. The guy at the window was not friendly at all and... shoved the food and drink at us. This type of behavior happens every time we go to that Sonic. Read more

Apathy. That's what's completely infected this Sonic. Been ordering here periodically and slowly their quality has dipped - from... the food to staff, culminating to someone giving me my meal and walking away while I was asking a question. This is fast food,the competition and expectations are pretty low: hot/warm food that's satisfactorily edible. They can offer that, sure, but isit worth the wait? The lack of interest in their product and service? Personally there's burger King and McDonald's down theroad along with gas Station food which now challenges this sonic in quality and time. Lady on mic was rude, you can tell she hates her job. Lady bringing me order was rude. Ordered chili cheese fries, just to get... home and see they gave me tator tots which are disgusting. Just when I thought I found a good sonic in my area ???? Waited 15 minutes after I checked in for my app order. Pressed the... button for the stall I was in hoping to get someone to at least check the status 5 minutes later still no response. I was goingto the drive up but the line was long so I parked and got out to flag down a car hop. Be did have my order on the tray (nearly30 minutes after I checked in) but seemed less than concerned that I was waiting that whole time. Guess I'll have to try anothersonic from now on. Read more
When I come to this place it's at least a 10 minute wait no matter what I get I just left there it's 3:55 PM in the afternoon... getting a large Coke 0 Took 10 minutes so I had to cancel my order. I come here it's the same thing unless there's a young ladythat's working Hispanic everything seems to flow really easy if she is not there the place is terrible I do not recommend thisplace for anything I come atleast 4 times a week now they lost my business and I'm sure even more once people start readyreviews here .
