Got a meal with a Sweet Tea. The sweet tea has the nastiest flavor ever. Tastes like it has been sitting for weeks. Or like... someone had spit tobacco in it. It made me puke, and every person with me smelled or tasted it and all was disgusted by it. I?mnot even giving this Sonic a chance again. I ordered a lemon-berry slush that was extremely tart. I expressed this to Andy and he immediately said he would be happy to get... me something else. After bringing me a new slush, he explained that if it wasn?t adjusted the way I needed it to be, to let himknow so that he could make a completely new drink. Andy was professional, patient, kind and accommodating with exemplarycustomer service. It is hard to come by quality employees these days. As others have mentioned,and as I experienced myself,this place is SLOW! Placed a order through their app(so I could use my... tmobile deal), just for ONE pretzel twist and ONE ice cream cone took OVER 10 minutes...mind you it wasn't even packed when wepulled up and only a few cars came In after us to pull up and drive through..I will say that the young lady who bought my orderseemed new and appeared stress and I honestly felt for her since she was kind enough to say sorry for the wait...also themanager who was mentioned in one of the comments I've had a run in with and he wasn't pleasant at all, If someone orders theSAME item all the time at sonic and comes to YOUR location and asks for it by the same NAME,and I receive the wrong item,thatjust tells me that someone on that shift didn't know how to make it...other location gets it right...my point, AVOID, just go tothe highway 3 location???? Stopped by at around 8:30pm and waited in the drive thru. We were the only car in line. Sat there for about 5 minutes with... nobody taking our order. Went to the kiosk figuring maybe the drive thru wasn't working and the employees continued to ignoreus. They literally walked outside and were taking photos and selfies and joking with eachother having a great time. No wonderthere were no other customers at this location. My wife and I have both worked in the service industry and this was flat outhorrible. Yall want $15 an hour for that service? Read more

I literally only come because drinks are 1/2 price all day in the app so why not ???????????. Came in to attempt to pick up my... order. I pulled into THREE stalls (one of them designated for handicapped customers) and they were not functioning. One, I couldtotally understand. But three including a handicapped stall? That's beyond an oversight. I told the carhop and while yes, that'sprobably a manager's responsibility, she didn't seem shocked so that tells me it's not an urgent matter to theoperators. UPDATE: Just don't go! My last experience completely solidified my decision to never return to this location.Quality customer service is just not a thing here! I totally understand that the job can be frustrating, but that's part of thejob. Either coach your employees to handle challenging interactions better or suggest they find a different line of work. If themanager can't recognize that need then they too should find a different line of work. Third time this has happened. I called the second time and said this is not the medium sized popcorn chicken it?s the small .... The manager said is it the same size as the French fries box ? I said YES , it?s the same size as my kids kids meal French frycontainer. He said yes that?s the small. I stated this is the second time I?ve been given a small. I?ve been coming here foryears and the medium was never this tiny. Fast forward to tonight , As you can see from the first two pictures , I asked beforeI pulled away ? this is your MEDIUM popcorn chicken ?? He says yes I stated that?s not what the manager on the phone told me butokay. It?s literally the size of the MINI Reece?s blast ! And look at how EMPTY the the Reese?s blast is! The personnel working on the 7:50pm shift, Tuesday the 23rd we're pathetic at best. They wouldn't answer the drive thru for our... order and then reacted as though we were bothering them. One younger man walking around with his shirt pulled up over hisexpansive belly laughing with another doing absolutely nothing. The young lady who eventually took our order had the personalityof a slug. I will never go back. Whoever owns this franchise is getting screwed by your employees. Read more
