The lady behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about. Was cussing me out in Spanish because the order wasn't right... and I didn't want it, got nothing but eyes cutting and rolling. I explained that that wasn't the best thing to do and I wasn'tgoing to deal with it. Management came over to see what problem was I explained and got me what I wanted. One of the great things I enjoy about restaurant apps is how it nearly eliminates any miscommunication between what the guest... wants and what they actually receive. Unfortunately my experience today with this McDonald?s clearly indicates team membersaren?t paying attention to prompts when preparing guest orders. To my knowledge sausage McGriddles are never prepared withcheese (without customer request) yet I received TWO McGriddles both of which had cheese and I definitely did not request it. Iphoned the location and spoke with the A.M. Caitlyn who was both polite and sympathetic and agreed to replace the order for me. Read more
Got my mobile order wrong three times and we're rude right off the bat because of their mistake. I was very patient but they... were extremely rude about the situation. This isn't the first time that I've had very rude service at this location. Highlyrecommend the one on bay area Blvd over this location any day. Read more
The staff never acknowledges anyone at the pick up counter. When the screen says your order is ready it still takes 5 to 10... minutes before they bring it to the counter. They never confirm that the person made the order. Someone can just claim an orderis theirs and the staff will hand it over. Ordering or the app does not save a custoer anytime. It would be just as fast toorder it in the drive through or in person and from the experiences I've had using the app at McDonald's, it'd probably befaster to order it in person. Read more
