Food is good and they keep the pans full. Service is friendly and attentive. I like the General Tso Chicken. Nice dessert... setting but never able to get there because I'm full. Price is reasonable and they ask if you are senior instead of you havingto ask for it. Enjoy eating there. Read more
We've been eating here for years! I guess we love it! Great customer service! Can be a bit pricey but then just eat more, it is... a buffet so if your not a big eater then just get a 2 go box! ???? Almost always fresh! Some things can be left a little toolong! I just wish that with every time they put out fresh food they would take the tonges and leave a clean fresh set! Read more

King Buffet Chinese Restaurant food was average. The employees were nice, helpful and good customer service.
Food choice is very less, No much meat and seafood option, Food tasted like old / left over from lunch, Taste was not great,... More salt in the food. They charge $12.50 but the items are very less. I ate buffet from 'East Star Chinese Buffet' last week,on a week day and it was really great with lots of meat and seafood options and just have to pay $2 more. Read more
We came to Galveston for a mini vacation with our family of 6. We really wanted Chinese food and picked the closest place with... the best ratings. Came in, it was not busy at all. We were immediately seated and our drinks ordered. 2 of my kids areMcDonald's before arriving here and my other 2 kids, my husband and I had the buffet. They had a great selection of foodincluding sushi! Our waitress was absolutely amazing! Our drinks never went empty and we never had a plate sitting in front ofus once empty. I find that most buffets have some problems - the task of running one must be a nightmare. As buffets go, this is a pretty good... one. California Rolls were fresh, as was most everything. A couple of items didn't hit the mark, but that's mostly expected. Ilike that a person must wear the provided disposable gloves before handling steam table utensils - great job management! Airconditioning was nice as were the people. I left the restaurant full and satisfied. Read more
Amazing place if you're looking for a good buffet. The food is always yummy. As in every buffet, some of the food can tend to be... less fresh, but overall, it's good. Definitely recommend for a Sunday afternoon after church, followed by a good nap. ???? Read more
