I love Jimmy Johns usual fast service and quality meals. I was disappointed to visit this particular location at 7:09pm and be... told there was only 1 and a half pieces of bread so they would be unable to feed my family. It looked as if they were preclosing down the restaurant when it wasn't supposed to close until 9pm. Read more
Ordered food via mobil app at 2:34pm. At 3:02pm it was out for delivery. I called the store to get information at 3:21pm and was... hung up on. It is now 3:36pm, food arrived and is cold and soggy. So much for freakishly fast right? Read more
Unbelievably slow for a JJs. I worked at 5 different JJs locations in college over 4 years, both corporate and franchise... locations. I've been here twice now and both times this location has been so slow, barely stocked, and running out of bread atrush times. No way these guys can pass an audit. Not the best service this trip. Teenage girls (Yanelly being one) couldn't seem to compose themselves long enough to get orders... out. Both of them on cellphones when we walked in. Update: What horrible management. I feel sorry for all the employees working under this male supervisor for his lack of... professionalism is astounding. To my dismay, my family made another order with them because of how wonderful the previous orderswhere. This time... Our food was late, they did not notify us when order was dropped off, we were missing items, and sandwicheswere wrong. When I called and explained to this male supervisor he made me feel as if everything would have been made rightbetween us, refund and complimentary order was his idea in the end. Come to find out the next day from female GM, only a 2$credit was added or something to that extent. Female GM held a conversation with me about her expectations of her staff and howit embarrassed her that this happened. She also said that a complementary meal would be noted on the account. TODAY- called toredeem the said complimentary meal and spoke to the same male supervisor. When I explained the situation he stated that he saidthe person he had spoken to must have misunderstood him and he is not responsible for refunds after he pushes the button. Whenhe found out that I was the same person he had spoken to over the phone, he became extremely hostile and defensive. Nothing hadbeen noted on the account, it was all B.S., I'm shocked at the outcome of this situation. AMAZING AND FAST!!!! I was not ableto send in a review on the actual site so I decided to leave it here. I am over the moon about the quality, customer service,and the urgency I experienced tonight and so close to closing time. My food is so fresh. My order was perfect. Literally havinga difficult day and this turned it around. In fact my whole family is in a better mood after sharing our cookie. The driver wasso nice, polite, urgent.
