Today we received unexceptable service. I am not one to typically leave bad reviews but I think this needs to be brought to... attention. This interaction started with us going through the drive through. We had needed a couple minutes to decide and shedidn't allow that. Then when we were ordering we had some special requests and she was cutting us off and not allowing us toask. She had told us our total after every item we ordered assuming we were finished. We finish ordering and pull to the windowshe continued to be rude. We were asked to pull to the front because our order was large. The same lady came and brought ourorder to us. I had gone to get a grip on my bags and she intentionally dropped all four bags in my lap. Then portions of myorder were still incorrect and the quality of my food is nothing to be desired. We had some front counter employees help fix andthey were very pleasant and promptly helped to fix what we needed. It was just the one lady that was horrible. Waited in line for about 45-50 minutes waiting for food. The wait was so long for some they ended up jumping curbs to get out of... line. Ordered tacos with extra lettuce and extra sauce and what was delivered were tacos that were apparently old and sitting for what... I can see were hours. Not only did they not have extra lettuce and extra sauce, but I've also been calling this store for the5th time now and it rang so long it literally hangs up each time. Not only did it take 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru, the food was disappointing at best. The bacon ultimate... cheeseburgers were so small and underwhelming it would be better off sold as a slider....the onion rings were crisp anddelicious....The large drinks were certainly overwhelming in size but flat....If I return to jack in the box it will be for theonion rings Read more
