The meals are generous portions and the presentation was great. The food is slightly bland and definitely not season at all, but... this is typical of a chain restaurant. Their coffee was not good, especially for a place that feature breakfast. This IHOPdeserves 3.5 but I gave it a 4 because of the serving size, speed of service, the great plate presentation and it was hot. Iwould honestly pass on the coffee. Read more
Awesome, friendly staff. Great food as always, my only issue with the service was having to ask for additional items I ordered... that my server forgot, lol. The service (otherwise) and food shines through, though, so 5 stars it is! Read more
I hadn?t gone to ihop in many years because the location I used to go to was bad, but I decided to give the Webster location a... shot. It was soooo good! The service was great (thanks Aliyah!), the food was delicious and came out fast and hot. It was alsovery well priced for the amount of food we got. It was so good we went back a second time in the same week and were lucky enoughto have Aliyah as our waitress again and she was awesome as usual and brought out refills before we even asked for them. Thefood was great then too and even though it was busier this time it still came out fast and hot. Very happy with this locationand Aliyah!!! Read more
This is a really nice IHOP. We have been to the 3 others close to our area, and they just don't have the family feel, like this... one. Our hostess was so sweet and got us a booth. We were seated quickly. Right away Laura, our server came introducedherself and got us our drink order. She is like a diamond as far as customer service and attention to detail. This was on aSaturday so it was fairly crowded. She had our orders memorized, didn't write a thing down. Let me tell ya, I've had serverswrite it down and get it completely wrong. She took 5 orders! I have eaten here quite a few times. The food has always been good and the staff is always friendly. Usually they are pretty... fast but one time we did wait a really long time for our food. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. They are 24 hours so thisis really good late nights after the bars close. Read more
I ordered online. I got a text asking for notification when I was on my way. I waited until I left to hit the I'M ON MY WAY... button. They got my order wrong. I ordered the pancake combo was with two bacon and two sausages. I got what's in the pictures.And it was cold. I work 10 minutes away from the restaurant. Very disappointed. Read more
The waiter was friendly and the food was alright. I don't recommend the potatoes though. Somehow they had the consistency of... bread. They didn't look or taste right. They also need to update the seating the booth seating pad was ripped pretty good whichmade sitting on it hurt a bit. Give this place a shot or don't, it's entirely up to you. Read more
Our server was super polite and accommodating. I ordered the spicy poblano omelette and it was made well enough that my sisters... wanted to share it. The place was clean and we couldn?t have liked our waitress more. Read more
