Came to try this place for the 1st time to see what all the hype is about. So I got there at 715 they close at 8. Seems like... they're all n a rush to get out ove there with lights off at exactly at 8 on the dot. Wanted to try they're bison burger wastold they were sold out they said all they were able to serve was kids burgers and 1/3 or 1/2 lb burgers no specialty burgers.With it being that time and drove 10 miles out to just try. I didn't want to go anywhere else. So I had a regular burger. It wasok. Then asked if i can get sweet potato fries and they also sold out of sweet potato fries. Now that tells me that they justdidn't want to work at this point. So anyway I ate my food and drank me a sweet tea all in a matter of decent time. Was finishedso I decided to grab me a refill on some sweet tea n behold theu done empty the tea canister mind u it still had some in it andthey lady also said....oh we ran out of tea too. Hmmm I wonder who goin to the restaurant supplies/food supplier tonite or earlyn the morning to get all that is needed to run business appropriately without leaving paying customers unsatisfied. I will notbe goin back for laziness of the workers there. I'd understand more if I went in 10 min b4 they closed but it wasn't. Long time fan of this franchise. The wife and I used to eat at the Fuddruckers near fuqua about once a month and always loved... it. That location shut down so the location on this review is the closest one to our house now. We went to this new locationand everything was great until about an hour after we got our food. Wife and I both got the Kobe beef burgers with fries like wealways do and both of us got sick that evening. That's never happened and Fuddruckers before so we thought maybe it was afluke. We tried to go back to this location last night and rolled up about 45 minutes before close. We tried to order our usualbut we're told that they were out of mushrooms, cheese, bacon and 2/3 lb patties. The woman with short blonde curly hair behindthe counter was super sassy when we asked what the deal was and she said "well you know we're going to close soon." I couldunderstand this if we had shown up 5 or 10 minutes before close, absolutely, but we still had 45 minutes before 9:00. What kindof burger place closes at 9:00 p.m. on a Friday anyway? But that's beside the point. I asked if they had 1/3 lb patties andthey said yes so I asked if they could put 2 patties together to make it a 2# Burger and was told simply, "no" while she lookedat me like I was from another planet. Maybe they don't teach fractions in school anymore? Anyway, Much attitude. I have neverever been talked to that way by anybody at Fuddruckers before. Super sad. We turned around and walked out and ended up gettingsushi. We definitely will not be back to this location. Recommend you avoid or at least show up a full hour before close. Read more
This location is great! The burger was good the fries were over cooked just a little to much not a big deal but could be better.... The inside vibes are perfect and spot on as well. I been coming to Fuddruckers since I was 6 or 7. I think the can do better ifthey keep up with todays day and age by doing new things every now and then and a ghost pepper burger or get something spicy onthe menu. Drag in new customers and be as great as y?all used to be. I rate this a 8 out of 10 I?ll be back again. Read more
Fresh veggies, great tasting burger, loved the price.
I went for nostalgic reasons and enjoyed the throwback decor. I missed the smell of fresh baked bread and cookies. No more... watching the bread makers here. I opted for the 1/2 lb burger patty and tried to be as 'old school' as possible, with my bun andtoppings, so I could get as close to the past as I could remember. The burger was good - the accoutrements weren't as fresh as Iwould have liked and the modern soda machine felt out of place with the retro decor - but all in all - it wasn't a bad diningexperience. Delicious lunch. Burger was cooked medium as I requested. Fries were seasoned to perfection. The kids enjoyed their chicken... tenders. Really enjoyed the numerous options at the soda machine. ???? Read more

Still good but I miss the fresh made hot buns and chopped onions and shredded ice berg lettuce. Wedge fries are perfect and... jalapeño cheese still has excellent taste and is temp hot. Will definitely be back Read more
