Lets see here now. You get paid more then most contractor jobs now days. But cant get the simple burger right. No katchup no... mustard and no mayo no big deal ill just choke it down with my sweet tea that taste like watermelon. ??????? Read more
No issues with the employees, but it seems management lacks ability to train them. I never see someone in charge, and it?s kinda... like a free for all when we dine in. Food is ok. Staff is trying and that is what really matters. Hopefully this makes its wayinto the right hands and not just overlooked. Read more
This place is ridiculous. Why in the world do they give the ice cream while they are still cooking the burger and have you drive... around to wait for the burger. When I asked, the "Manager" said they "give the order items out as they are ready and don'tdictate how long our drive home is." What?!? He re-did the ice cream because I insisted on not leaving the store with melted icecream, but he put it in the same bag as the hot burger and fries and brought it out to the car. Plus, the order was wrong ontop of that! I gave up trying to communicate with this guy. The so-called manager "William" is sarcastic and rude. I realizegood labor is hard to come by, but cheap fast food places are everywhere. I asked him who the owner is and said he could justgive me the corporate complaint number. Really?!? I love Dairy Queen blizzards. However this Dairy Queen does not sell blizzards. They sell blizzard shakes. They should pass out... straws with the blizzards not spoons. I have asked about it multiple times and was always told because of the heat their machinecan?t make the ice cream thick enough. That doesn?t make sense especially because I went the other day when the high was 83degrees Fahrenheit and the blizzard was still like a milk shake. Read more

Although the order thru the drive thru was taken quick at the window I had to wait longer. It is fair to say that they were... taking long because the food was getting ready. When I received my order was really hot. The worker at the window was veryhelpful. It's a clean location. I like the fact that they have big parking lot. One downside they have only one entrance towardtheir parking They should create a new one from the side of the dealership so anyone can have access to get through to theirbusiness. Read more
The people that work their ice cream do not know what they are doing. Ordered a chocolate dipped cone. They tried to give me a... cone in a cup half covered in chocolate, with chocolate all over the outside of the cup. When I asked what that was they justthrew it in the trash and then I see and hear the guy that made it complain about it needing to make it again. I asked them tohave someone else who knows how to make it properly to do it or give me a refund. They choose to give me a refund. Read more
