Young lady at the front counter was polite, but the Cook would not get off the phone to fix my food. The young lady who took my... order had to finish cooking my food, while I watch to cook literally sit on the phone and not take my order serious even thoughshe asked him to fix my order. I grew up in the hospitality industry and I sometimes wonder what happened to good customerservice. (Too the cook) I apologize if I burdened your phone call because I want it Checkers today?. The food wasn?t bad but use cash if you can, I had a brand new card when I went to checkers and shortly after had three... fraudulent charges made across the street from Checkpoint #7 which is another gas station. They copied the info on my card andused it across the street. And again this was a brand new card and the first time I used it so it?s pretty clear about what theydid. I?m going to get corporate or whatever means possible to get this resolved so it doesn?t happen to anyone else. Read more
I haven?t had Checkers since I lived in Florida 14 years ago, it was really nice to enjoy it once again. It?s the only fast food... that I really enjoy. It all tasted the same as it has for many years. The price was kinda high for Checkers but it was worth it. Read more
The food is always really good. I only gave it three stars because the workers are always cussing, blaring really obnoxious loud... music and I find that really annoying. The place isn't the cleanest but it's not horrible. They are usually pretty slow makingthe food also. Read more
