First time and last time! Ordered tonight the Thursday Special with the 2 large subs, 2 chips , 2 cookies and 2 20oz drinks for... 22.22. Specifically asked for no lettuce, extra tomatoes and extra mayo on my sub. I even asked the order taker to repeat myorder back to me. Tons of spring mix lettuce 4 thin sliced tomatoes on my large sub and hardly any mayo. In addition hadliterally 4 thin pieces of turkey on the entire thing. Mostly bread. Waste of 20 plus dollars for a package of cookies, chipsand soda. Called to inform the manager and best offer to fix the situation was 20% off the next time or to remake it at a futuretime. First time trying their pizza. Went to the Webster location. I have to say it was pretty good. The crust was the bomb and I... loved it and kind of pepperoni they use. My only complaint or criticism is I would like a little more sauce and I tend to like abit sweeter sauce that balances out the saltiness from the cheese and pepperoni. The crust was perfect crispy/chewy! Theyforgot to prepare my wings but she was very apologetic. Mistakes happen. Would definitely go back. Read more
I ordered a sheet pizza 4 weeks ago. The pizza had many bubbles. There was probably six or seven pieces that were not edible.... The next sheet we ordered was great. Just ordered another sheet pizza today with a free order of wings. The pizza again had somany bubbles and six or seven wasted pieces. I have taken pictures of all of it. Charging $30 a sheet when it's really a $20sheet pizza with all the problems. Read more
Food, 5 stars. Organization, 1 star. I already know they are slow so I waited an hour before going to pickup my order. When I... arrived there were about 5 other ppl waiting and only after giving my name did they put my pizza in the oven. Seemed they gotbacked up at some point and instead of doing the pizzas by order received, they prioritized delivery and pickups were done basedon who came in first. The biggest issue was the rest of my food was made when I placed the order. So 15 mins later I walked outwith a hot pizza and everything else was cool/room temp and soggy because it had been sitting for 45+ mins. Updated to removeanother star: Ordered a dozen wings and received 9. Pretty frustrating with wing prices being what they are. I'm giving up onthis location. Read more
